extremely bad service.... they only care about business, not the animals there. sold me 4 fishes which they said that they were healthy, they died the next week. 0/10 recommend

Good for supplies but if you want live pets go elsewhere.
Prices are overpriced....But if you don't shop around then this is bound to happen.

I like the supplies they sell, a bit overpriced (although all the other stores are like that so nvm) but two things I don't support are how small hamster cages they sold and the animals don't live in great conditions. The dogs live in tiny spaces, the hamsters live cramped together in a tiny glass tank and overall I don't think the animals have enough adequate space. I get that they are at a tiny place, but seriously, I feel sorry for the animals. I saw two hamsters fighting once.

Terrible, horrible! They sold a sick guinea pig. He died one week after. So sad they make business with emotions. Because if you buy a pet is because you like and love animals

Animals lives in small cramp space? Animals falling sick? What else u people expect? They are Pets "Kampong" leh.. Kampong style mah... duh..

The fake plants they sell are very tough and ugly.I literally saw some dead guppies that had not been removed from its tank.I'm not complaining about anything else until I see more bad points.
