They should have change my brake pad earlier, but they didn't. The customer service is friendly but not a good consultant. I went to perodua service centre in Balakong got no problem with my old viva. But when i sent my new myvi here got so many problem with the brake, battery and absorber.

It was definitely a bad experience in my life. I went to this perodua service centre to service my myvi. I was thought they will repair as usual without losing any belonging. BUT, I found that my personal harddisk and pendrive were both gone after service my car. All the files in my personal hardisk is very important to me. BUT the worker there just stole it as granted. HOW CAN IT BE? Where is your moral? I gonna to make a police report if they deny and reject to investigate this case.

Waiting for 2 hours is a normal condition. .good place to waiting..home alone is running now..lagu raya..sleepy..running out of time..anyway everything running smooth

The staff is always ready to help. Coffee and tea along with some snacks are afforded to its customers waiting for their vehicles

I make a call this morning to book an appointment to check my car. Person who answer the call is not very friendly. She answer the call like she mad at me. She give another number to call but she speak very fast and i ask her to repeat. Please be friendly.

The place is cozy. You can choose all sorts of Perodua cars to buy here, Myvi, Bezza, Alza, Axiata, etc. It also provides drinks and some refreshments while you're waiting for your car to be ready after servicing.

make sure you must booking appoiment when you want service your car...u can get good servic from produa staff.....tq produa..
