There is a shoe shop on the basement level. The shop name is WALK AROUND.
reasonably cheap shoes. The owner. Mr. Ricky Chiam is willing to let you pick any shoes to your liking. Of cos, if you like his service which is extremely good. The owner is a honest person. There are discounts from him if you wish to purchase.

The last bastion of old school shopping centres, not your usual run of the mill shiny malls. From designer sneakers to rock guitars, there's something here for everyone.

Decrepit looking building with a really pungent ordor. The management should seriously start sprucing up the exterior and interior of this shopping center. Yesterday a lady slipped and fell really hard on her back because of heavy rainfall and the floor is too slippery!
According to some tentants this has happened before in the past and the management is not taking any actions to rectify this.
This place is only good for camera stuff. I see no other purpose to visit this shopping center apart from this.

Tempat shopping legendaris di Singapura, dulu sempat berjaya, sekarang jadi agak sepi. Tapi karena tempatnya yang strategis dan di pusat kota, jadi sering manpir kesini, untuk nyari sepatu-sepatu olahraga yang murah, liat2 toko kamera, kaos2 heavymetal band dan juga kuliner India yang nikmat, ada di bawah. A quick description on the place.
Basement: you can find many musical instruments which includes mainly Guitars and drums. (Plus a cafe/food hawker)
1st Floor: probably around 5 - 6 camera stores which you can buy and sell ; afew factory shoe stores. (Jordans too!)
2nd Floor: mainly Tailor stores (like suits) and a sport store.
3rd Floor: a Guitar servicing store, and some other (can't really remember)
Highest floor: many antique stores and drawings.
PERSONAL TIPS: Had brought a few guitar for servicing (Fixed my bass pickups and a Aux Jack) and would really recommend "David's Guitar"(B1), seemed to be the most affordable around the area.

Peninsula shopping was popular during the 70's and 80's hence they have a variety of things at that time. Cowboy mode. However there are a few shops selling musical instruments shops namely guitars. Expensive and also affordable guitars are sold here.

Spore little Myanmar, worth a visit for tourists,, similar to Chung king mansion in tsum sha jiu in hong kong.

Small shops with limited appeal to international travelers.
There are however some great little camera shops in this area which seemed to be well stocked and very well priced. Riceball opposite Spinelli coffee shop comes to mind.

It’s a place to look out for shoes, Soccer jersey, shirts that Available for bigger guys, music, camera, watches, glasses. It’s actually a hidden gem! Should just drop by to have a look and maybe it might have something to offer you.

The shopping centre isn't flashy (it was built in the 60s), but a good place to get bargains within the city. Only a few minutes walk from City Hall MRT. Rugby, hockey, floorball, soccer etc are amongst the sporting categories that you can buy. This shopping centre is well known for discounted, authentic goods.

Just visited "For the record" store. Great used vinyl record store with incredible knowledge of music by the owner. Perfect experience for everybody who likes vinyl and music! Lots of original pressings from the US and UK.

Nice central location for office. Plenty of shopping banking local & Int'l delights & bargain hunting. Friendly cosy comfy ambience.@ 2 MRTs: Bras Basah MRT (CC2) and City Hall MRT (NS25/EW13).

An oddity but a gem amongst Singapore malls. Here you will find a ton of shops selling musical instruments, guitars, pickups and also most stuff related to music.
There are also many fan made band T-shirts and various concert memorabilia.

Carpark rate is by per entry $3. No IU gantry, you have to insert cashcard to gantry manually. Quite an old building.

This is an old mall that has seen better days. It still has the old fashioned travel agencies. This doesn't have much going for it except for the extremely well stocked Cathay Photo outlets in the basement.

Having been stayed at Peninsula Excelsior Hotel and try to having an evening shopping at Peninsula Shopping center, They have good enough tenant to visit but not much.
