Deposit for long term rental hasn’t been paid even after waiting for 3 months. Although constant reassurance that the deposit will be returned, it’s unlikely that it will be paid in full. Very sad as we had 3 good years with Harry and his team, but to not fulfil a basic requirement of returning the deposit has made it all made it very bitter.

Thank God I found you guys, you made the whole process easy for me. Getting a car from the previous place I do get cars was not encouraging, I'm really glad I found Harry, he really helped me a lot. Your customer care was really welcoming and respectful. The best experience so far, you never disappointed me. Good communication, beautiful cars, professional and friendly. Give Payless autofleet rental a trial, you won't regret it.

Kudos to Harry and his team, they did a fantastic job. They are professional and very reserved. The car rental experience was great, I really enjoyed their services. I didn't regret patronizing Payless Autofleet Rental, the best place to rent beautiful cars at a reasonable price. Highly recommend, I appreciate you guys for not disappointing.

I really enjoyed the service of Payless Autofleet Rental, they did a great job... The car I selected was neat and presentable. I'm glad I found them, the car rental experience with them was so smooth and it's quite affordable. I highly recommend anybody to patronize them cos they've got beautiful cars

So happy with our car rental experience. This is a solution I have been waiting for! It is easy to use, reasonable, and extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend and it's quite expensive though.

Had a great experience with Payless Autofleet Rental, very easy and fast. The cars I selected were very spacious and very clean, and ready for pick up. Excellent customer service – the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will surely use them again. Thank you for great service.

Very bad experience. I went to their shop and the person in charge was so rude and he did not even bother to direct my enquiry. At the end I rented a car from Ace Drive, the staff are very polite and the terms and conditions are transparent.

This place is an excellent alternative to the national chains, especially if you don't fit the criteria to rent from those chains. My daughter needed a rental while her car was in the shop and since she is not 22, her options were limited. She found this place and off we went. Maryam was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained all the charges and fees thoroughly and even upgraded the car from an older model to a new model, at no extra cost. She definitely made the experience a positive one........

Great rental service. Harry and his team were very professional and attentive to my needs. The car rental fleet was in very good condition and so it made it hard to choose. Drop off was super easy and seamless. Awesome service!!

STAY AWAY from this rental company. The owner Harry is a bully and scoundrel, all smiles and tries to up-sell your package and slap you will all kinds of gotcha' repair cost. The Audi I got from him was not in the best condition. There is a strange smell in the car, and there are some disgusting looking slime on the spectacle compartment, there is also damage to the middle compartment. I took the car nevertheless, taken in by the initial friendliness of the staff. However, when I return the car, the staff and the Harry becomes extremely hostile and insist there are scratches and chip in the car. (there are minor scratches due to debris on the road maybe), the car was not in any accident. They bully and insist the payment for repair and one more day of rental for the repair work to be done. Beware.
