This is review for SingPost. I got a note that I need to pick up my package from Paya Lebar post office. I followed the address and learned that the post office has moved!! Seriously?! The address is from official note and it a not updated!!!!! What s wrong with you SingPost!

Worst service consistently on delivery of registered articles and parcels.
I keep getting missed delivery notifications because they claim their mail man isn't issued with phones, nor do they attempts to locate me at my workplace.
So let me get this, you bother to bring the parcel all the way to my address (and drop off the delivery notice), but cannot bother to contact me when you arrive at the delivery address.
I have ZERO issues with any other delivery companies, only Sing Post.
Feedback to Sing Post falls on deaf ears. Really terrible service.

Had a package delivered during the weekday where obviously I was not at home. They put in the notification slip into the letterbox (where there are a lot of spams) instead of just slotting the notification letter under the door. Went on 5th day to the nearest post office. Said it's back to Paya Lebar, staff attitude are so retarded and nonchalant. Called online help to ask for redelivery. Said it's not possible. SO now I have to go down for 1 hour to get the package. And oh by the way deadline is 14th Feb. Useless.

This is a review on the general Singapore Post system. Delivering a parcel over Christmas (not unusual) when people are travelling (not unusual) should be done with some common sense. You cannot just withdraw the parcel after 4 days and not allow redelivery but have everyone travel 45 minutes to Paya Lebar. I called twice, but no redelivery to another post office was possible. When everything else in Singapore seems to work so well, how hard can it be to provide decent post service

Have not ecieved my reg mail ul to today from last week i love in a provate condo with doors with lock before you can enter my block. Even if i do not answer shouldnt u call the security to open the door to put the collection notice at my doorstep i live i the sengkang square area please hurry uo and deliver my mail!!!

DON'T USE SPEEDPOST!!!!! Absolutely the worst nightmare. Had my package sent from home with EMS service (supposed to be the fastest and it costed us $80) and it usually takes 2days. And nothing. Tracked the item and it has been sitting in facility more than 24hours. Called them and they said the address on the box is incomplete. What a TOTAL JOKE AND LAME EXCUSE. Because I have the photo of the post receipt (copy of original) and it is DAMN CORRECT! It is written very clearly and correctly. What they mean by it's incomplete? Asked them to send it day after, and they said they can't and it will take another 2 working days? We paid the bill, address is correct. Why do i need to get punished from their stupidity and no responsibility?? What is the point to pay $80 for an express service when it's not arriving in time at all and even 6days after. I am so frustrated because I really need it by this weekend they can't even gaurantee any damn thing. It's the worst postal service I've ever gotten and will never use it again. Please avoid if you need something really in time and it's valuable. They have zero reliability.

i love the service there at onekm mall.. the ppl there, especially Wati, arnold, the pakciks and the ladies there.. the young long hair lady.didnt get their name..Recently why the item delivery to west area like bukit panjang..take super long?!! why my reg article not deliver to recipient at lompang rd - 1 week late !! only to found out after i was infmd item not rcvd. after huuhaa and emails.. then a notice were sent to the letter box. pls improve this not the first time...** updtes as of 9.9.16 nxt few lines is my edit version to the original text. the abv RA item were rtnd bck to Paya Lebar base as my recipient fail to collect on time . Notice reminder show 22 aug. she went there on 30 aug. and surprisingly as i check the latest updte with Onekm Mall Ms, Wati..she updtd me that item is ready for collection at geylang east branch. my question is WHY THERE IS NO NOTICE TO ME TO COLLECT IT OR WHY IT WAS NOT RETURN TO MY LETTER BOX BEING THE SENDER. DONT EXPECT ME TO PAY 21DLRS FOR YOUR OWN DEPT FAILURE!! BP POST OFFICE FAILED TO NOTIFY RECIPIENT TILL I COMPLAINED NOW FAILED AGAIN TO NOTIFIED ME!! BUCK UPP!! DONT BE SO SLOPPY WITH MAILS COS U R THE TRUSTED DEPT TO HANDLE OUR MAILS!!

Singpost and Speed Post always get lousy service. Every individual time contact to Customer Service took more than half an hour waiting time. And hiring cheap labor with inexperience. Could not easy to communicate at all. We have chosen Speedpost priority from Korea to Singapore (by right should be 1-2 working day) but took more than 14 days to reach the parcel on hand. Furthermore, they stated that delivery attempt failure due to vehicle breakdown. After that no further delivery at all.
This was not a first time also. I have encountering more than 5 times as the other side quite ok with their country post office. But In Singapore, tracking web always maintenance during on working days so that could not trace the item status.
Called customer service for inquiry, individual call took more than 30-45 mins waiting time and nothing can advised. They only do raised customer request and send to relevant department. It will take another 3-5 working days. Final conclusion, i do not try to use Singpost or Speedpost anymore for my life.
I wandering how come management close the eyes on such issues. I believe that this is not encountered to me.

My one experience with this branch was very positive.
The staff helped in shipping items overseas as well as getting my collection. When I unpacked in store they offered to take my boxes to recycle. #win

Ok, you sent my package to Paya Lebar in 5 working days, without prior notification. I get that. But not a single staff whom I interacted with at CCK branch and over the phone mentioned that Paya Lebar branch is now at One KM Mall! I could have parked there straight without walking a Long detour under the hot sun. Bad service Sing Post. Work on your communication.

Made delivery without informing, no failed delivery notice. When i go down to punggol branch to collect, was told i already send to one km... When on signpost website it shows that the item is at punggol... What's the use of a postal service when it keep failing to deliver and makes people go around the island to collect their parcels? Smrt not enough business need singpost to help with bus mrt lrt usage?

Upgrading the main Singpost building next to mrt yet the collection is at OneKM mall which is not visible at the Mrt station exit. How do you expect people to locate it?! This is the stupidest arrangement I've ever seen here!
