I have brought the product from this shop at Holland V. Firstly, the staff told me the price of this item after discount. And then I’ve paid the price with successfully transactions. Two days later, the other staff called me up and told me that his colleague calculated wrongly and inform me to pay the remaining amount. I was frustrated but doesn’t want to complain with this matter, but I hope next time their staffs should have more training in calculation and understand the shop products well.

Terrible from A to Z. Our company had around 60k of annual business volume with Parisilk. After experiencing how unreliable, chaotic, and unprofessional they work I went the extra mile in finding and reaching out to a different supplier - one that appreciates his customers. Ever since we have replaced them.

Great deals on electronics and audio-visual items. Good service and prompt delivery. However, if you are a new customer, you get relegated to regulars who seem to command priority service, guess that's the way the cooke crumbles.

Awful service. I have been going to this shop for years - spent a fortune in here over a 10 year period. Was always pleased with their service but then discovered what happens if you are unlucky to buy a faulty. product. They don't do refunds or even an exchange! Spent $100 on two mosquito repellent devices and they did not work but they parasilk would not even exchange them for working ones. Awful - will never go back.

The best place I've found (by far) in Singapore for anything electrical. I've been using them for 18 years for every thing from TVs to washing machines to a full house Aircon installation as well as cameras, laptops etc..even a gas BBQ. The shop is busy at weekends but the staff are very knowledgeable when you do manage to grab one. Prices are keen and they don't leave much haggle room but the best thing is the reliability. They've never let me down.

Purchase item online but never receive call to arrange for delivery. Call them and they said will contact me but the call never happen. Guess their service are overrated

Always check the price of your electronics with Parisilk first. Chances are, they're cheaper than even the sale price, even those on Qoo10. Plus, all the usual warranty and exchanges are covered.

Best place for name brand electronics and appliances. Definitely worth the time to go down there for anything over $100. Recently I went shopping for a high end LG washer/dryer combo, they were $150 less than Harvey Norman and more than $400 less than Courts.
Great prices and knowledgeable staff makes this place a winner. I do suggest researching what you want before you go, otherwise you won't know what to ask for!

This is my experience with them so far (have not gotten my product).
I ordered from these guys online through qoo10 and I was getting no information or updates on the product that I have ordered. I tried calling the number listed on multiple occasions and on different days but they obviously have an empty phone line running.
Frustrated, I decided to head down to one of their outlets and their own staff couldn't contact their guys who are responsible for the 'online orders'. She told me they were having their lunch break (I was there at 230pm) and she would call me back "later". After taking my phone number and name down I left the shop and the call never came. The lady was obviously taking me out for a ride probably because I was being too nice about it. This is a business that is heading for failure and please don't give them another dollar from your wallet.

Will not do business with this company again. They need to review their online business model.
Pointless to compete on pricing if the supply chain does not support it.
Ordered my goods on 14 Mar and today 25 mar called them to find out the delay. I opted for self collection and the lady I spoke to confirmed I could go to Bedok to pick it up.
When there but the guys there were not aware of my collection and actually told me to call the lady back to find out where my order had gone to. Great customer service!
Worst part was being left standing there not knowing if someone was actually looking for my order or just being ignored. So I left.
I could have gone with Amazon and would have had it within 5 business days but thought I support the local guys. Looks like they have a long way to go if they want to compete!

I bought a camera and headphones from this shop in March 2015. When I was being charged for the headphones, I noticed that it was higher than the amount I was quoted after the transaction had gone through. This may have been an honest mistake so the owner of the shop (Kevin), voided the transaction and put it through for the correct amount. I have contacted the bank to ask why the refund has not appeared and the asked that I contact the merchant to fax them details. This I duly did two weeks ago and now I have not had a response, and now effectively been charged more than double for the set of headphones. Both camera and headphones were not cheap.
