Great place for a pick me up coffee or cake. Conveniently located in Wisma Atria to rest your shopping heels or a quick catch up with friends. The cream and pastry based offerings look and taste yummy and it's always busy. Waiting for seating might take awhile but nothing daunting.

First time having a sandwich and a drink at this cafe. The place is very crowded on a Sunday. I had to sit behind the kitchen, that's a Long table and some high stools. The beef sandwich tasted better after toasted, and the iced honey latte is refreshing on a sunny day. I Iiked the crunchy seeds on the bread of the sandwich as seen in the photos. The food and drink is slightly pricey. The service is moving smoothly even thou there's a long queue.

Super busy even on a late evening. The selection of cakes were great. I like the strawberry shortcake but I found the chocolate cake too sweet.

Great salad selection here. Coffee here is so so. They also have a lot of pastries selection but quite pricey.

Tasty pastries and mouth watering cakes. Light and fluffy cheese cake. Nice place for teas, cakes and sandwiches.

Korean style cafe. Convenient place to meet someone. Because of the middle of shopping building, is usually noisy and non fashionable. Good for a quick bite or short beak.

Everything about this place is top notch. Paris Baguette is a famous bakery/cake chain from Korea and it doesn’t disappoint.
Just come and look at the pastries and cakes they have here - you can’t find the design, quality, or taste anywhere else in Singapore.
Sure, if you’re looking for artisan coffee made by a barista, then go elsewhere, but who really does? But even the coffee is quite good.

Nice place with wonderful desserts. However, they are rather expensive. Despite the delicious and creative desserts, this would not really be a place of my first choice.

Very nice cake, desserts, and pastries with reasonable price. Worried about attitude of staff when i read reviews. It didnt happen to me. She was helpful at least when i bought a cake. Didnt drink so dont know about price of drinks.

Expensive. Over rated. Paid $6 for this small cuppacino. I think I have better coffee elsewhere...

Food wise and service are good. Korean staffs seem can't communicate with customer and local staff very well. I think proper training is still required.

The manager here is bad in manner. Customer Service is zero from the manager level. Coffee quality ok though. Hopefully they change their attitude about service and customers who pay for it, otherwise no business working in the end. thx

I'm from Seoul, Korea and just moved to Singapore last week. When I accidently found Paris Baguette was happy to see my national bakery brand even if I wasn't a regular customer from Korea.
Then, I visited PB Wisma Atria branch twice and had quite bad experience with staffs.
First was with a Korean cashier and the second time was Philipina(lookalike) cashier.
Both of them were very blunt with annoyed faces and ton of voices. I felt like that I'm back in HK where we lived for over 5yrs and notorious for its unkind services in general.
PB certainly need to re-train their staffs unfriendly but a bit rude attitude towards their client.
People came here pay their money and buy your products- you guys are not providing us anything for free.
People deserves better treatment.

Went to Wisma outlet after work. PB staff busy arranging the pastry instead of serve customer. I stand there like transparent to them. Instead of buying sandwiches I choose to walk away. Thanks for spoil my mood.

Saw the store (Bugis Junction) open at 8am and went in to place an order. Had to approach a staff member to check if they were open as none of the staff seemed bothered to attend to me despite standing at the counter for 5 mins. Staff said that they were open but only selling the bread and pastries, no beverages which will only be sold at 9am! Can't understand why they don't open at 9am then. Asked the staff if i was expected to have my pastry without anything to drink and he just shrugged. There was another staff squeezing oranges (I assume the supervisor) and I asked if I could have an orange juice instead since it was available and was told no.
I could not understand the logic of opening a cafe at half servuce but then again, I-m not surprised by some of the idiotic decisions that are made by business owners theae days. Not surprisingly, Subway next door was filling up; probably because they had more business sense to serve coffee as part of their breakfast offer.

Had another unfriendly encounter with the outlet in Jem.
Waited a while at the ordering counter. A staff was arranging her trays without acknowledging even she knew I was there waiting.
Finally I had to waive to her to order.
Then I went to the counter to order 2 cups of latte. The Korean lady wasn't even bother to do anything but busy swiping her iphone, in front of her cash register. She nodded when her colleague told her about my order.
However, that's all the Korean lady did. She just stood there continue to play with her phone. And I continue to stand there waiting, until another lady came and handle my order as well as payment.
While this is 5 minutes before the store officially opens, if you are not interested in doing business, please block the entrance and place a board to tell your customer that you will only start serving at 10am.
