This mall is big and great place to spend your time for shopping, eat and play. There are few more shops especially on upper level yet to open. Level 2 car park exit can drive you to Sutera Mall without doing U turn.

The mall is huge, and a big variety of famous brands, nice restaurants, an ice rink, and TGV cinema! Almost everything I need I can find there. I would suggest only one improvement is that they could build more elevators in the future as there about 8 floors!

Mall is motorcycle friendly with multiple signs guiding riders to motorcycle parking lots. Inside the mall, there are a wide variety of choices for every age group.
Children can go to the arcade, balloon playgrounds, ice skating and even 4D VR machines.
Young adults and elderly can do their shopping in the unique stores here.

Big but not too big. Easy to navigate layout. Lots if stuff to do inside. Lots of parking.

This shopping mall got so much to offer. Just come to see what you can shop or do. Best mall so far in JB. Almost same level in KL.

A great place for shopping with the family. There are activities for the kids and the adults, a great way to spend some quality time with the whole family. Food choice are plenty, just need to figure out what you want to have 😝

Movie. Selesa sangat-sangat! Audio pun mantap, best. Kedai banyak, biasalah kan kalau bab harga tu. Quite expensive but relevant as this mall dekat tengah-tengah Johor and ramai pengunjung daripada dalam negara or luar negara.

New mall but facilities is bad.
Mall Lift is not working well.
Toilet tap is not functioning properly
Water leakage from below the tap.
Shops are still limited as its still under renovations or not ready for business.
Cinema is not bad, Will be good if there is a lift to the cinema hall from the ticket counter.

A very big mall to spend time in, got lots of different cuisines to choose from local, Asian, western and fast food etc.. place is too big and the lower level and upper floor plan differs greatly. Lower floor does not take you to the entire floor setting and is divided, need to explore more frequently to improve sense of navigation within the mall. Major and common fast food brands there covers much wider than other's.

Among the largest mall, though not largest. There are many choices of places and outlets to go which may require time to explore all.
One unique activity that can be done here is ice skating! Even watching other people skate was also enjoyable.
There's also go village grocer in which you get access to many hard-to-find groceries.
One thing that bothered me was the parking flow and system is not yet fully developed. I almost gave up visiting because of finding a parking space was a challenge. Avoid weekends for now until they have sort out how to handle parking spaces well. Opt for public transport.

I was holding back from visiting this mall until today when I finally made my first trip. My honest comment, this mall is HUGE and VERY NICE! It is certainly THE PLACE for shopping, dining and catching a movie in this region. Parking in the mall was good and easy, not bad as I was expecting. I did not experience the dust and mall lighting was bright and nice.

Great place to spend time with the whole family. Gigantic mall with lots of recreational activities that can be done from ice skating to watching movies. But the mall is not full open yet; many retail spaces are yet to be taken up. Will probably be best to come back next year (March 2018) when all, if not, most of the shops are ready.

The not so good:
The mall is too new, more than half of the shops are not ready yet. Good to visit in 1 to 2 months time.
Customer service are helpful.
Security guards everywhere to provide directions.
The good:
The carpark is too new that the parking payment system is still not up yet, hence its free parking now

First of all, bad parking. Does not look like the carpark of a new mall. Luckily it's free (maybe only for now?)
Many shops in the mall are not yet opened. The top 2 floors are very vacant and dead. The mall is extremely spacious. It was promoted as the biggest mall in Johor so I had more expectations of the mall. But the mall had so much empty space that it felt like it's only the biggest in terms of empty space. The number of stores are quite sparse actually.
Do not bother visiting until all the shops are open.

I went there to meet my ex.
The mall is still new. The parking is free at the moment.
Best to get there if you have a 🚗 car.
One level took me 2hours to 🚶 walk.
There's slot of Japanese concept shops.
The walk way is really spacious. You won't have to squeeze.
However, the cinema is still in the making.
Perhaps when it's fully furnished, it will get really crowded.
So far, this mall is impressive and I look forward to come back again.

Spacious with a nice aroma. Parking at Basements and Level 5 onwards. the spinning road up and down requires skills to manoeuvre. Lots of new concept stores and brands including cinemas. What is lacking is a direct shuttle from the customs. Overall a Great Place to visit.
