Worst customer service at front door. Waiting time is to long even thought counters are empty.. Posb has to look into to this it is really irritating people waiting 1 hr plus for normal transaction if it is such a troublesome why don't POSB seggregate the operation for SME and Personal banking.
All stuff together make people frustated.
Literally i want POSB to reply on this.
Lastly train your front staff how to reply people questions.

Probably an ok bank, but very inefficient for bank account opening. I was just told by staff: Plan at least 1 hour of waiting time and 30 min for the account opening. 2 hours is "normal". I can see improvement opportunities.

The receptionist was very smiley and helpful to answer your question. But the settings of the back just not to my liking, so chose the other bank at the end.
