Good room space and staff. Got a pretty good deal from the hotel. We were four people and wanted only one room. They provided for an extra bed at a decent price. Amenities are also pretty good. Food was excellent... (had only breakfast over there). Staff was really helpful in narrowing down places for visit and all. Overall, it's an amazing hotel to stay in Singapore for Indians and vegetarians.

My expectations were high regarding the hotel but somehow it was not met.
From the start, it took a long time to check in & we got our luggage late in the room.
Room was clean but way too small. I stayed in a connected family room.
Air conditioning controller was not accurate especially maintaining the room temperature. It was chilled cold at midnight even the thermostat was set to 24C.
Breakfast had lack of variety though there was a separate veg section.
At the day of check out we waited more than 30 minutes for a bell boy to come but nobody showed up. We had to manage our luggage by ourselves. Trust me it was a good experience.

Friendly staff but arrangement to keep customers in orderly/queue needs to be improved. At times or rather most of the times, particular group of guest are being very difficult. Kudos to the staff patience.

It was a great hotel, all the staffs were really kind and helpful. My room was in the 21st floor and the view of the city from there was breathtaking. The rooms are big enough and the other fecilities they provide are great.

Old but decent hotel in little India. Very popular with Indians. Mustafa shopping in just behind the hotel. Ease of access to metro. Perfectly located.

Price is okay, totally. The meeting room is excellent with great refreshments and actually someone from the hotel continuously stand there to assist you. The lunch buffet is also super with many varieties from all over SEA and asian. Quite wonderful taste for lunch buffet actually. The room is large and the I got a nice view of the city.
Lastly : the breakfast buffet is a big disappointment. Taste awful, the bread was stale and tasted like it's been in the fridge for a year, the onion ring that I ate was hard as a metal rings. Luckily there is an edible chicken noodle soup. Not many option and the coffee was so so.

Hotel room was very spacious, clean & tidy. There was twenty four hours hot water in the bathroom. Drinking water bottles were provided free of cost everyday. House keeping was done everyday & toiletries & tea, coffee sachets were provided everyday in our rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent in taste & menu were changed everyday. Hotel is in ideal location in Little India surrounded with shopping centres, restaurants & Mustafa shopping centre is in walking distance. Staff at reception are very friendly & co-operative, even house keeping, maintenance staff was very good. There is a desk for booking of our sight seeing tours, which has made our sight seeing very convenient.
Just one thing I don't like is that after inquiring for Spa, at sixth floor of hotel, I was told that body massage would be done in my room, which made me disappointed as doing massage in my room I would not be able to get HOT STEAM BATH.

Wow.. is the only factor i remember whenever i stay in this property. The best place to enjoy your holiday and have fun. The location is so convenient to shop around 24x7.. Morning breakfast is served with variety of south indian dishes. If you can look around for a good deal it is value for money

Great location and facilities (gym and pool). However, severely disappointed with the honesty and service provided. Booked a Deluxe King Room several days in advance (and even received confirmation) yet staff simply checked us into Superior Twin Room without informing. Upon seeing "Superior Twin Room" on the check-in slip, we verified with the staff, and she simply replied there were no more Deluxe King Room available. Questioned her, she decided "to check", and a few minutes later, the Deluxe King Room suddenly becomes available.

Located at Kitchener road in the main City area, the hotel provides you a nice and comfortable stay with some good city view. You can't term it as royal one ,but it's fine.
Room size is ok but ambience is very normal and dated. They should do something in the rooms to make it more classy and candid instead of just having blank dull looking walls. Except a couple of paintings , nothing is there. Washroom is comparatively small but manageable. Common areas are good. Lot of nice options in breakfast including good Indian food. The place is just a minute walk from Little India which hosts a number of Indian restaurants. Overall it's a good option and can be considered.

Interior dan furnitur agak tua, rasa dan menu makanan sarapan standard gak istimewa, tapi secara keseluruhan cukup nyaman, jalan kaki 3 menit ke mustafa center, mudah cari makanan, dekat stasiun mrt dan city square mall (challenger, best, toysrus, uniqlo dll)

I've had long stays here for work. Stay and breakfast is good. They have swimming pool and laundry facilities. They also have coin operated washing machine which was very useful. It's located in a convenient and easy to access location.

The buffet dinner at Spice Brasserie was enjoyable. The highlight was crabs in 3 different flavours - chilli, pepper and salted egg which most of us went for. The lobster laksa was also pretty popular.

Our organization have been holding our dinner functions at their function room the last couple of years. It's their friendly staff and consistency of good food that kept us coming back for more. Please keep it up and we will definitely be back again next year!

It's a good hotel and some staff members are too good.
Ask for what you want and it's all good.
Particularly Mr. Kevin helped me out.
Location is in little India only and very near to MRT station.
Overall, after a little bit of demanding the stay was good.
View was also good from room.

Nice hospitality and secured. It's stands near to Mustafa Market, City Mall and many Bangladeshi restaurant. Also in a very convenient place to move anywhere in Singapore.

The environment is great for gatherings or just a simple dinner. Though the selection is now limited to crab the variety of the way they are cooked was plenty. The taste was fairly good not great but still a good spread for crab.

Absolutely amazing. This place is slightly expensive, but the quality is beautiful. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, with a few extra amenities. My family was lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the suites, further improving our stay. If in need of a location for a stay in the Little India area, Park Royal is the perfect place.
Martin Johnson (02/07/2017 14:36)
This is a tall hotel that dominates the Little India skyline. However it feels dated and the rooms, while functional, could use a little TLC. Our air-conditioning failed, as it did in the room of another member of our party, but it was fixed promptly. The public areas are large but always seem crowded and noisy. Note the 3pm check in time, although our rooms were not both available until 4pm. Staff were very courteous and helpful at reception and concierge, but the check-in process takes a long time, which probably explains the queuing system set up at reception. Great location for Little India, and it is near the hop on and hop off bus tourist route that provides access to Singapore.
Bart Simpson (14/06/2017 09:01)
Location is at its absolute best.... cultural hub of Singapore "Little India" ... Plus free swimming pool and morning breakfast buffet with both veg and non veg... Perfect place for Indians... And for anyone who would want to experience Indian flavour on the streets of Singapore.

PARKROYAL. I think everything in the hotel was good ranging from the food to the room service but I think the housekeepers are not really friendly. I have visited many more hotels and the housekeepers are quite friendly. But I don't think the same for this hotel. Other than that everything was good
Andre Feroze (03/06/2017 05:34)
The Crab buffet at Parkroyal was really quite good. The variety of Crab dishes and other supporting dishes were great! The service staff in the Spice restaurant were exceptional.

Good hotel with a nice location. Rooms are comfort with good food. He hotel is very well located with easy connectivity to the entire city. MRT station is just 5 min walk away. You can find a lot of good Indian food joints in nearby area.

Awesome location. Had a bad time though due to poor customer service and an uncaring attitude.
I arrived early morning after a night flight and paid upfront for my stay around 10 .Yet was kept waiting only to be informed around 1300 hrs that though the room has been allotted ,room keys could not be handed over till the room was certified by the manager. This continued for another 90 minutes Finally at around 1430 after severely complaining, was allotted the key to room. Later the bellboy delivered my luggage with one of my hand baggage handle ripped at one end.
Moreover the staff are very unfriendly and do not even greet the guest.
Hope the feedback is taken positively and hope to have a better stay during my future business missions

Its a very nice hotel. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was good. They serve delicious food. It is on the main road just opposite metro station so its easy to commute from here. Some good restaurants are also near the hotel.

Very good hotel. Had some Wifi issues which was helped by the staff. The daily tours section in the hotel offers a wide range of services for sightseeing both during day and night. Staff are polite and helpful.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located near Mustafa Centre. Walking distance to many Indian restaurants, shippings nearby.

Everything was fine. But my daughter is holding a party in the 19 floor of the hotel. When 10.30pm
All our guest started to go off.At 11.15 there a bery rude asistant manager by the name of Kelvin Chan isited that all of my guest to get rid of the room , and he said that he will swnt security guard to us until everybody left the place.
It was a very unpleasant staying when it only left with some good friends n im the mother was being chased out.

Location is OK, not too far from touristy areas but far enough to not be congested in traffic. Rooms are below average, I wouldn't stay here again. This Parkroyal compared to the Parkroyal in Sydney makes this look like a budget Ibis. You would think it would be standard around the world, or at least similar, you'd thought wrong. The rooms are old, feels like I'm in the 90's, old furniture n look. Service is great though, everyone is friendly. Other than that, I got nothing else good to say.
Sunil Lata (28/06/2016 15:38)
The staff responses could be better. Yet possibly the best hotel in the Little India area. Higher floors offer better ambience in rooms
Ankit Dhage (25/06/2016 15:50)
They don't have good hospitality. They say it's a 4 star but everything feel used and old. It's must be due to the tourist rush. Hotel was the only thing I didn't like in Singapore. If you are an India it's located near little India
Prasanth Rajan (07/06/2016 01:02)
Old glory only. Beautiful view - was on 20th floor. Pick floors 13+ only. Dated rooms and linen. Bathroom definitely needed more attention. Breakfast spread was massive but very little for your tastebuds. Overall a decent business hotel.
Achyuth kp (30/05/2016 18:27)
Very elegant. Rooms were well lit and was comfortable. Vegetarian options were low. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Could be one of the best hotels in Little India. You get South Indian breakfast as well. Stayed here for a month in May-June 2012. Easy access for all main areas in the city. All famous South Indian restaurants are in walkable distance.
