Location ideal. Rooms old on the club floor. Size and amenities acceptable. Doormen commendable - always on a greeting mode..

I love this hotel. Of all the hotels in Singapore, only this hotel is the most interesting for me

CapriceV6 (24/03/2018 16:31)

Updated rooms and lobby. Big swimming pool, the gym is also well equipped and maintained. The exterior is a little tired but the property is well located with Arab Street, Bugis Street and the Raffles Hotel within walking distance. Arab Street and it's vicinity was an Arab /Muslim enclave area that was originally set up by colonial British.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The biggest bed in the world!! Nice room, I doubt many rooms have "amazing views". Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. There were some works here for renovations which started at 10am, the hotel let us know about this before we checked in.

So lovely and comfy hotel! Stayed in a room with a balcony, I could see the flyer and Marina Sands hotel. spacious swimming pool located in 4th floor, and a massage salon near pool, they provide traditional Indian Ayurveda massage.

Gavin Chai (21/11/2017 12:53)
Good service but very old furniture and fittings. Nevertheless the upkeep of the rooms and amenities are well maintained. Renovation ongoing to upgrade facilities. Breakfast buffet has abundant of variety.

This hotel is in the heart of the arab sector of Singapore. Very nice place to stay. There is a nice restaurant down stairs to eat. Bus and taxi area right out the front.

This is a great property for family if you want a well equipped and wonderfully located serviced apartment

Warren Mason (29/05/2017 20:43)
Great place to stay in Singapore. Easy access to everywhere with bus stops outside and accross the road for the other direction. I would stay here again.

Jacob Pang (27/05/2017 16:32)
Had lunch at the buffet. They was a promotion going on that gave 50% off the meal. Ended up around 23++ pax for the lunch buffet which was excellent value

Oliver Leow (22/05/2017 05:01)
Wonderful comfy bed spacious rooms. Gave us wine and chocolates. Only downside was WiFi was a bit dodgy. Breakfast buffet was great. The pool was absolutely wonderful! Spectacular views of Singapore flyer. Refreshing cocktails. Recommended!

Its nicer than i thought. Affordable luxury! Pool is really relaxing with an excellent view. Family friendly and all staff were really polite. Would definitely stay here again

Not the most luxurious hotel I have used in Singapore. However rooms are nice and clean, just a little dated. Can't remember what room was booked but it would have been a basic room, comfortable enough for my wife and newborn. The gym and pool facilities were nice, hotel staff were helpful. If you take cost in to account, it was a good deal. Across the road is Arab Street, where you can find some nice food. There's also some nice looking smaller cafés, pubs and food outlets around this area. MRT and Bugis Street are in walking distance so you can get to where you need to go.

We stayed here for 1 month for work. Great customer service, everyone we encountered was very friendly and always offered to provide assistance. The room was spacious enough for 2 people to "live" comfortably with a small fridge and counter area, a sofa with small table, desk and chair, and drawer / shelving space for clothing and other items. The room contained 2 robes and slippers. The pool is on the 4th floor and is stunning! I spent a whole day lounging at the pool, even had lunch delivered poolside. The breakfast is excellent, we did not try dinner there. The concierge offered umbrellas on rainy days and would call a cab for you without hesitation; that was usually faster than Uber. Quick access to the airport and to the Gardens area, Bugis station, and Little India - very walkable area! Across from the Arab area which had numerous eateries and street shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Chun Wang (18/04/2017 12:36)
Overall good experience. The room was clean and recently renovated.
The size of the room was also good, much better than the average room size in Singapore. The Handy phone in the room was cool, but a bit slow.

Bob Maxwell (25/02/2017 10:03)
Good food. Good conference facilities. Friendly staff

Edmund Tang (04/02/2017 03:40)
Offices, services apartments, and hotel all wrapped into one. Despite the building's age, everything looks good and maintained!

Really good place to stay for Singapore stopover. Hotel is a comfortable to place to catch up on sleep and the pool area is huge. Breakfast was a let down but it forced me to go hunt down nice places nearby.

Chris Pounds (11/01/2017 13:00)
Pleasant 4 star hotel on edge of CBD. Solid gym with weights, machines and 10 cardio stations. Pool deck with city views from fourth floor. Club lounge was a quiet place to relax for a drink or charge up at breakfast.

Jezzejames V (16/12/2016 10:10)
I was booked last Nov.14 to 18th of 2016. I liked the place because of the comfort and hospitality of the hotel employees. Even though my room doesn't have a view. The room was clean, organized and comfortable. The air-condition is working very well especially during humidity. The amenities of the hotel exceeds expectations. I also enjoy their everyday delicious brunch (Compliments to the chefs). I got easy access to transportation such as metro and hop on hop off tour bus. I was able to walked peacefully on Arab St.
I would advised that they should refrain using strong air freshener in the hotel lobby ( gives me headache ). Instead use Jasmine or mild scent that is less irritating to smell. Overall the hotel exceeds expectations. Budget wise is okay. Kudos to the hotel staffs!

Good Hotel for those like to stay near Bugis and Kg Glam.
Walking distance to 2 MRTs stations.

Morning buffet spread is not bad too.

Andrew Smith (03/10/2016 17:22)
Clean comfortable rooms, excellent location. Helpful and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Michael Wan (16/08/2016 04:08)
I couldn't believe I confirmed with the staff, Nehemia more than 3 times about the checkout (on 08/14), she confirmed me okay and I requested a black and white document for my clear checkout. The staff only give me a paper of releasing the deposit of credit card. Now, this evil hotel charged us a S$28.84 for consuming the mini bar today on 08/16. Funny, very funny. Why the heck they don't check it while I am here? And inform me 2 days after, couldn't it other visitor consume it? I would like to put 0 star, but Google doesn't allow. I recommend no one for this hotel unless you are so rich and like to support this hotel by letting them charge you whatever they want.

Sunnie Goh (10/08/2016 02:31)
Room is spacious, bed is comfy and comes with round table in the room. However there is no bath tub, no rainshower and bathroom looks dated. The hotel room amenities were not adequate, for eg no sewing kit, no cotton pad and earbud, etc.

Tim Natale (09/07/2016 11:11)
Book directly, the rate I booked only included one breakfast. For some reason, I could book directly and get a 10% cheaper rate per day that included two breakfasts--so a savings of 20% really. I found it strange the hotel refused to just give me a second breakfast and let me pay more. Housekeeping was after 5:30pm daily, inconvenient for making dinner plans, and the service was inconsistent in what was done. Breakfast was nice to have, certainly not worth the price. Hotel smelled between a mix of mold and air freshener. Internet had to be reset daily.

Home away from home whenever I am in Singapore. Facility staff is outstandingly good with a nice professional yet personal approach. Nice location with plenty eateries nearby.
The renovated rooms are really nice.

The only thing I miss is that there are no longer Asian dishes served during the breakfast buffet. I always liked those a lot.

Harmeet Saini (28/02/2016 07:39)
Good location, menu options for In room dining are very limited. Concierge desk staff are great and housekeeping staff one of the best I have seen.
limited toiletries in room. Room service staff asked me to call housekeeping for stocking minibar. King bed is actually two beds put together, so not worth the hype as you start to sink in the middle. Unless you are on the front side the great view is of staff smoking on the bridge behind and a car park. Breakfast buffet is great but after waiting for about 5 minutes had to not worry about the omelette trolley, the chef was too busy to take order
