Very slow in responses, ask to top up unnecessary fees (hidden costs) when signing up virtual office package. Hidden costs not indicated in their application form and the company is holding ransom the paid amount that's indicated in the form. Forcing consumers to pay the hidden fees and not responding to my request for refund.
