Excellent Italian restaurant with friendly staff. Had their linguine in pesto Genovese and it was the best non meat pasta I've had in a while.

Weekday set lunch - good food, reasonable value but its standard Italian fare so nothing exciting. I heard dinner there is good - at a price.

Second visit for dinner at new location in Maxwell Chambers. The food is superb and thoroughly enjoyable. Will definitely go again.

I came across Otto Ristorante when looking for a restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday celebration. For such a special occasion, she was looking forward to an evening of elegant ambience and exceptional food.
She was not disappointed.
We ordered the Degustation & Gourmet menu and split each course into two portions for sharing. I highly recommend that couples trying the restaurant for the first time should consider this option so that you'll be able to try a greater variety of their dishes.
Service was impeccable as expected from a restaurant of their calibre and an easy five stars from me.

Great service and food. Went for lunch and had their lunch set which was fairly priced, nice selection and just the right amount of food.

Love the ambiance. Er had a quiet corner. The staff there were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Some of the dishes we had were yumz!...like the duckling pig, the lobster tart and the salmon amuse-bouche . Coffee was strong...shiok! The confit duck was dry....quite disappointing. The mushroom risotto was rich and the first few spoonful were good. But we could not finish it as it was too rich. Needed something crunchy or fresh with it.
All in all ...i out of 10

Went to Otto for what turned out to be a disappointing lunch. The food was served cold, and was dismal compared to when they first opened shop. Pasta sauce was diluted and the pasta was not even al dente. As for the service, the servers appeared disinterested and distracted. It took some effort on our part just to get their attention. Server was also rude.
For the prices they charge, you are better off going to another fine dining establishment. Will not return.

Disappointing experience. Extremely slow service but more upsetting is that when we gave feedback, the waiter was rude unapologetic. He claimed the set lunch takes 45 minutes but we waited that amount of time for the main to come. He then blamed us for not letting him know in advance we wanted the food to come in a timely manner.
Would not recommend - expected decent staff training/service for the price paid. Better before :(

Absolutely heavenly. Scialatielli is not one for those who gets full easily. I personally do enjoy its starchyness, but this is something that needs to be said for those who are unfamiliar with it. I mean, just look at how thick & doughy it is! 😍
The chunks of lobster were well cooked, sufficiently bouncy yet not rubbery. & with the white wine sauce that gently flavours the whole dish, this one is a winner for me.

Was warned this might be a bit salty, but it wasn't at all for me. A harmonious mix of umami & creamy, this was very divine. I had no qualms about not having any chunky ingredients to chee on with the spaghetti, because the spaghetti was so al dente, bouncy & flavourful, I didn't need any extra ingredients (e.g. meat, mushrooms, vegetables, etc) to give it any more texture.

This was worth the 30 minute wait! I hereby vote that all apple crumbles have pine nuts in them, because it gives such great texture to it. The apples aren't too tart nor too sweet 👍 I only wish there were more vanilla ice cream to go with this!!

The dessert was good but their pastas were ordinary and I found the waiters to be a bit pushy which resulted in us ordering a few things we didn't need.

I had high hopes when ordered their set lunch. The lobster pasta came out hard and we had to send it back to recook the pasta. Otherwise it's a great place to see where the affluent business crowd dine. Their set lunch does not skimp on portions size which is good. Their service impeccable when even the manager and chef came by to apologise.

Loved the food and the service here. Went their with regulars so that really helped. Everything was just right and the food was excellent. You can bring your own booze (may have a corkage fee, not sure) which really helps. Highly recommend it for a night out for some fine Italian dining.

Really good high end resturant. Really would recommend. Great staff， wine list and food. Perhaps a little too much salt in some dishes (tried twice).

Visited a number of times with clients who recommended
Each time have always come away feeling that its missing something
Maybe its overly busy at lunch time with office people
Menu has a good variety and wine selection good too

Over rated! Good food but service is not up to the level where it should be. Long waiting times between courses and a few hick ups make me think this restaurant lives on its pedigree. It was better before.
