付出了昂贵的旅费，换来的是超级走马看花似的行程、推销自家产品的导游、自顾自购物的领队、不懂得变通的行程。队员受伤、走失都全然不知。

Worst tour ever.. tour to japan dated 12/5/18 -18/5/18 bad experience with tour leader name, mei ling. I hv experiences with reliance tour n baguss tour. Both better than this one..all tour leader walk behind while tour guide walk in front. This one..tour leader walk with tour guide n keep chit chatting. Got one old aunt her leg fallen into drain n got sprinked her ankle.. but both tour leader n tour guide didnt know bc all walk in front n didnt notice what happen in behind.. n another is when the tour leader went to shopping when they at ginza area..n the old aunt just wait outside..she didnt even take the old aunt to other waiting area or what..😡😡worst experience with this tour n tour leader..mei ling. Hope your company can review your this staff.
