Been sending my car in for servicing for more than a year now, so far pretty good. I know my KM usage and will book about 1 to 2 weeks early, never had issues of too full etc.
7:30am drop off car and park it outside their compound, ready by 14:00 or earlier. no issues seamless arrangement.
Car is a PI Toyota Sienta, a simple car.

Look very grand, pro and good customer service. The build decor, uniform are in red, targeting sport car and trendy customers? Checked the basic car service price, it was at higher range, cheaper than authorised workshop but more expensive than autobac, comfort.. Mostly premium cars were there. That makes small family car looks 'unique' to be there.. I guess the high price does mean you have excellent customer service, plenty of workers would come to u in no time, excellent waiting hall.. Skil, not sure.. :-)

Poor standard of Brila coating service was complete waste of money.

Workshop to cater for high end cars. Mass market cars do not receive as much attention or dedication, and servicing fees are just as high as Authorized Distributors

Mechanics lacks of knowledge. Mostly servicing done on supercars and PI cars. I sent my car there twice and told them there is a sound near the front. Thy changed almost everything from absorbers to suspension and also other stuffs that cost me thousands of dollars yet the sound is still there. Meaning they didn't get the job done. Still the boss Jason told me they have warranty. Yah really???!, when I went back they assign a junior engineer to manage my problems. In short don't bug them. They will only give you attention if you take legal action against their promise and yes by then they will be serious.
My problems were solved back at the distributors hands which only cost me 700 instead of thousands that I have lost.
Second incident my aircon wasn't cold. The boss told me to change the cooling coil and it will be fine. So I did and it cost thousands again. Next week after I met another guy who sends his car there and he said the boss likes to use "check cooling coil" even when the job is only a compressor issue. Meaning got the wrong thing again.
Never ever going back there again. Going there is like to are a slave to the workshop when there are hundreds in the market. Just go back to distributors as they are the safest.
