Was just at the West Coast Plaza branch. The products are fine, but the service is just horrible. Service staff were extremely rude and uninterested when we asked about the cake offerings. Will not return again.

Really excellent bread for sandwiches, one of my two favorite places in Singapore.
But, it is delivered in the late morning, so no-go for fresh breakfast toast...
