Good family mall with range of eateries and grocery stores. The mall also houses a bus terminal and is connected to MRT station.

Clean and comfortable environment for shopping, eating and drinking. Convenient parking and loading. It's better than the city centre.

Ang Mo Kio hub I the best neighbourhood mall in Singapore. It has a wide variety of shops and everything is easily accessible. I would recommend to go here because there are a lot of interesting things to do there

Nice speciality shops and a theatre. Too packed for my liking after office hours however and food wise more suitable for the younger generation.

Nice "neighbourhood" hub.
This place had an upgrade from an old bus interchange to a new, multi level, air-conditioned bus terminal and shopping centre.
I kinda like the place as it felt a little modern but yet somehow still have the old sentiments to it.

Has everything you need!
Money changer at the basement has decent rates but you're better off going to one of the many proprietors at The Arcade (change alley) in Raffles Place. Definitely better rates there.

Heartland mall with everything that you need to live your life :) absolutely conveniently located right smack in the heart of the neighborhood. Check it out!

A mall with a lot of regular shops in Singapore malls. Kids will love the toy rides and ride-on options in Level 3. A simple Christmas decoration this year in the mall.

Especially crowded on the weekends, don't expect to do much other than generic, run of the mill shopping here. Food selection is pretty good though.
Dennis Fong (19/10/2017 14:07)
Hardly any famous restaurant open here. If you are looking for some branded food chain restaurant, this isn't the place to go to. Maybe junction 8 still better

This shopping mall must be a favourite for most residents. Has large variety of shops. Also cinemas and enrichment schools. Very convenient, just a bus ride away.

Nice Food Court!
Good Cinema.
Faire Extra is welcoming you all the time.

Great place to eat, shop & to meet friends. Easy access via bus, train or by car. I'm very impressed with the range of products/services/facilities available here......from "cheap" to "mid-range pricing"......☺

There is a great variety of shops that caters to all needs.
Many different restaurant chains are available as well!
Toilets are generally well cleaned 👍

I love the shops here, the spacious area to walk and last but not least inside the cinema. Thankfully it wasn't as hot as i expected it to be and I'm grateful for it, amk cinema also has couple seats.

Great food and retail shops. Nice ample space and decorations which are pleasing to the eye. Problem is WiFi and the state of the toilets are sometimes terrible
H KY (12/07/2017 05:54)
One of the worst shopping mall ever built. Leaking along the carpark ramp and lift lobby. The wall finishing is uneven- ripple like plastering. Vibration from MRT whilst shopping at NTUC or stand on the link bridge near seafood restaurant. Not sure whether it is safe or not. Toilet is always in "sad" condition with urine and soiled toilet bowl/ tissues jammed. smelly grease trap on the carpark basement near the lift entrance. Plus point, it is convenient location.
feroz khan (02/07/2017 09:18)
Convenient place to shop with variety and sales. IMAX at the top level and kids indoor makes it a great place.
Flo Yeow (28/05/2017 04:43)
It's like most other replica neighbourhood malls, containing mostly the same stalls and restaurants. On the bright side, you can get most of what you need here, including a large NTUC supermarket, a number of bank branches, the bus interchange and train station, and a whole suite of restaurants. Will I patronise this mall? Yes, absolutely, and frequent it actually - because it makes things very convenient. But don't expect something bombastic / special about the mall.
Kopi O Kaya (25/05/2017 00:34)
Heartland mall charging downtown prices. Things are not cheaper here. Variety of shops is poor. A lot of them for kids and teenagers. The only plus is all 3 local banks are within the building, which is very convenient for me.
Luke Phang (18/04/2017 08:15)
A very spacious and comfortable mall to walk around, located above a bus interchange, connected to the MRT via an underpass. Food places are mostly on the lowly floors, with a FairPrice as well. There's also a cinema and arcade on the top floor.
Kevin Khoo (18/04/2017 05:08)
Modern large mall with Cineplex (Cathay). Easily accessible with direct connections to the MRT and bus interchange.
Rachel Tan (05/04/2017 13:43)
Great place to have a stroll around. Has many shops that sell appropriate gifts for different occasions. Not really a wide variety of food.
Jeremy Tan (19/03/2017 15:58)
Heartland mall with standard tenants. A little lacking in choice of food places, but this isn't that big an issue because there are plenty in AMK central area. The mall does have attractive spending rewards/promotions from time to time.
Cedric Soh (25/02/2017 11:06)
Big mall, but only basement and first floor is worth visiting. The rest seems more quiet and full of tuition agencies.
Alex Chia (16/02/2017 22:28)
Neighborhood shopping center. A good place for student to find recreation. There is a hidden casino at the top level, only people that hold NTUC PLUS member card can access.
Shing Whye Law (15/02/2017 09:26)
Love the Cathay Cineplex on the top Level, you can also attend Church services from a Methodist Church and Abundant Life Christian which has a real happening sounding Band with Good Messages by NO nonsense Pastors but very edifying on Sunday Mornings only. If you are the religious sort. The food court is spacious plus many other yummy delights on almost every level. The Challenger Shop has good offers on electronic goods. There's a bus interchange below linking to many other places and of course the Ang Mo Kio MRT station nearby link by a underground tunnel. Totally protected from the ☔ & 🌞.

Vibrant heartland mall. Convenient to reach there public transport. Many types of stores and the walkways are spacious. Feel relaxed strolling in the hub.

Kyaw Zin Htat (17/10/2016 02:47)
This is nice place for those who love shopping. Yea, the mall is a bit outdated compare to new ones but still provide a great conveniance to all shopper.
Edwin Cheow (13/10/2016 23:05)
Quite a boring mall
Accessible to mrt and have a built in bus interchange.
Other than that's, nothing much.
Food options also not much
Better off eating around amk central coffeeshops or hawker centre.
Kok-Kiong Yap (13/09/2016 06:05)
Very convenient shopping mall at the heartland of Ang Mo Kio. The bus interchange is within the mall and an underpass connects the mrt station.
Food court is decent with lots of other food choices. Fairprice hypermarket is also very convenient.
Tingo78 (10/09/2016 06:14)
There's a lot of amenities, like banks, NTUC supermarket, gym, electronic retail outlets, beauty outlets, food court upstairs. Restaurants are plenty ranging from western to Eastern cuisine. Snack stalls are all over the basement. If you don't have dietary requirements, you'll be spoilt for choice.
Rowdiezz Ijal (07/07/2016 17:17)
Easily accessible and a lot of shops to cater to a variety of categories. Except that there is no long john silver anywhere near ang mo kio. My fav fast food joint. 😊
binit shakya (15/06/2016 07:02)

Great for kids, level 3 has ZOOMOOV (electronic kids rides) and many leaning centres (Mind Stretcher, Stalford Learning Centre, Kent Ridge Education, The Little Skool-House and many more) on level 4 eXplorerkid!!!
Jude Lee (07/05/2016 11:25)
Has everything except Starbucks and Popular bookshop. Has air con bus interchange, cinema, NTUC Extra, many restaurants and cafes, Watsons, Nail Palace, Four Leaves Bakery, Polar Cakes, my wife's favourite Black Ball Taiwan Dessert, Ichiban Boshi, Fish & Co, Mos Burger, Gong Cha, New York New York, Toastbox, Breadtalk, Pepper Lunch, Subway, Famous Amos, Burger King, Hong Kong Sheng Kee, Coffee and Toast, MOF, Coffee Bean, etc.
SK L (02/05/2016 04:50)
Wasted ground floor open airy area which is used for boring banks and gym.... Should have utilize the place for dinning or retail. NUTC mega Mart at underground level is the primary reason for coming here, otherwise not much draw.
For shoppers convenience, the mall should be like IKEA to reserve the parking area near the cark park entrance for loading and pickups. Otherwise shopper gonna waste timing pushing their carts all the way to their cars with the risk of being hit by cars or scratching cars in the parking lots. The plan of the mall in the blueprint might be right but actual business execution is messed up.
