I must thank Gary Liew and his son Kenny for helping me to repair my three seater rosewood sofa and a single seater chair. They were very professional in their customer service and updated me on their progress to repair my furniture. They were very prompt with their work and i can see that they were proud of their workmanship. I was also very impressed by their expertise knowledge in solid wood furniture and how to care for them. I would recommend them to those who would like to know more on rosewood furniture before acquiring them. If you have an old set of rosewood furniture which looks rundown, consult them to bring new life to a forgotten treasure in your home.

Antique furniture with restoration needs have found a place here in Oriental Handicraft - I think it’s THE only place in Singapore that takes this much care and expertise to restore old furniture. More than that is the friendly and expert knowledge of Kenny who not only guided me thru the repair and restoration process (great pics & video on WhatsApp!) but also expertly pointed out to me the little signatures under the table that my mom never knew about and which I later find out is from my great grand uncle four generations past! Also most interesting was pointed out to me the detailing of the mother-of-pearl inlay - little things like that that brought furniture to life for me. That little table that was sitting quietly in the corner of my house for a long time had a much longer and much more interesting history than I knew about. And now it was back and good as new. Great work, great service. Thanks very much Kenny!

I need to praise Kenny and Gary since i know them 2005 till today . We decided to buy the first dining set from Kenny at that time . In fact we were looking for a cosy chair at that time and he propose us the idea to get a dining set instead and setting up a cosy corner from there. No regret .Appreciate his professional service and patience Kenny rendered to me and my wife even though we have tight budget with no basic knowledge . He is very friendly and always like to share his works though even we are just doing window shopping. Later when we even get a luohan bed after appreciating that rosewood not just got commercial value but also can cultural value. Lately we bought our new house and come back to his shop for advices on renovation. He is so approachable and knowledgeable .He is more like a friend sharing his opinion and concerns . I wish his family and business prosperous generation and generation .

Very professional workmanship,prompt response and good maintenance after service advice. Reasonable charges. Really takes good care of your furnitures during repairs and also during transportation. Keep it up. Would definitely recommend my friends to look you up should they need such services.

Sent our furniture that was in pretty bad shape after almost two decades, and was very satisfied with the restoration and service provided by Kenny and his assistant. The restoration job was great, we can't even tell which chairs were the broken ones. Thank you for your services!

Our wonderful rosewood bed arrived today:) . It was delivered earlier then expected. For anyone who is interested in good quality rosewood furniture, we would highly recommend you to visit this shop. Gary and Kenny are the one who rendered their professional services to us. Especially thanks to Kenny as he really delivered what he said from the beginning. He helped us from design our nice bed and saw through the schedule till delivering the product, every step was explained very clearly to us plus adding on his professional advice. We are surprised by the nice design and workmanship actually. Keep up the good job, Kenny & Team.

I sent my rosewood altar table for refurbishment many years ago and it still looks new today. Recently went back Oriental to order new cushions for my rosewood dinning chairs. Kenny as usual was very patient. He even showed me the video of the before and after of my rosewood altar table. My daughter who was with me was amazed by the transformation. Very surprised that he still kept the video. It just show how passionate Kenny is in his job. Keep it up!

Sent my set of 30 year old rosewood furniture recently for refurbishment. Throughout the whole process, Kenny kept constant updates via videos and WhatsApp. This is reassuring to know that our furniture is in good hands. Kenny is passionate about his trade and he certainly knows his stuff well. We are happy and satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work !

Oriental Handicraft Rosewood Furniture has one of the best collections in Singapore, good services with nice design and reasonable price. Made our first purchase including a dining set at home and two emperor chairs for office few years ago, and pleasantly surprised that prices have gone up a lot, so they are both functional and great investment pieces. Just made another purchase last week, thumbs up!

Made my first purchase at oriental furniture 7 years ago, condition of product is still good. Bought an altar from them recently, not only is there a wide variety of products, the carving and workmanship are also commendable. There is no hard selling. Family members are very satisfied with the service and products.

Absolutely satisfactory service. No hesitation in recommending Oriental Handicraft if you are looking for someone to refurbish your rosewood furniture. They did a good for our dining & living room sets and we have no complaints at all. Kudos to Kenny who constantly updated us on the progress with video clips and photos from inception to completion. above all, kenny kept his promise, making sure that we could get back our furniture sets (in tip top conditions) for CNY! Very much appreciated, Kenny! Also a word of thanks to Gary (Kenny's father) for his attentiveness in ensuring that the furniture sets were well care for when they picked up & delivered the sets.

Bought 1st dining set from Kenny in 2011. Never regret. Fantastic service even small buyer like me. He shared with me his customers' design before we set our design. He is very friendly and always like to share his design thought even we are just doing window shopping. We had come back to his shop for more stools n stands. We feel home at his shop. He is very personal and often show us his works in his warehouse too. Keep it up!

An excellent service from Gary and Kenny (Father & Son Team). The day I sent my dinning set for refurbishment, Kenny will send videos to update the progress of the work. When they sent me the dinning set to my home it looks brand new and we are very happy with their works and services. The workmanship is excellent and Kenny will follow up with calls to see any feedback.

Great service from Kenny from Oriental Handicraft Rosewood Furniture! Since I first left my furniture with him, he has always kept me updated on the status of how the does the servicing for my furniture by keeping in contact with me and sends me videos and photos to show me the progress along the way. This makes me feel very much at ease to let them handle my furniture even when I am not there to physically have a look at it.
So far I have not encountered any other companies who have done this value added service for me. This may seem like a small gesture, but it means a lot for me that I have entrusted my furniture to a person and a company who is responsible and goes out of their way to do this.
I am very pleased with the service provided by Kenny from Oriental Handicraft Rosewood Furniture and will definitely recommend them to friends and relatives and also definitely patronize them again!

Was lookin for furniture to prepare for my new home n passed by tis shop called Oriental Handicraft. Was surprised tt they provide wide range and selection of rosewood furniture and furnishings. As I got no idea wat type of design is suitable for me but am lucky tt their assistants r committed to their service n help to solve my needs & requirement. When we received e product, my family n I r very happy wif it as e workmanship is beta than we expected! If you have interest in good wood and hardwood furniture and perhaps good wood carvings, go no further than Oriental Handicraft at TradeHub 21. Honest, sincere in its dealing and prices are more than reasonable. I was never diappointed . Visited them to find out.
