Pretty good shopping variety in a large store. Except the toilets are extremely dirty and foul-smelling because they are patronised by every Tom, Dick and Harry from the streets outside, not just shoppers. Not to mention the long queue to use the toilet, especially the ladies which has queue stretching 20 metres out into the shopping area. However, good air-conditioning makes it a comfortable shopping experience, other than the disgusting toilets. Kindly deploy janitors to clean them more often please. I really mean, more often! Thanks. There simply isn't a janitor in sight.

It was kind of crowded but you should get card membership and get awesome deals! There is also a market outside where you can enjoy good food.

OG Albert has a very good collection of products. The kitchen section and the children’s section have a comprehensive range of products. The children’s dresses are on the expensive side. But, discount sale happens frequently and there is always a huge crowd at that time.

Grandmother of department stores in Singapore well loved by the more senior crowd as well.
They generally have everything and rather decently prices as well, especially on travel items and when they do have promotion u can be sure of a good deal.

A local department store locates at a convenient area. You can find various type of stuuf here from clothing, handbags, footwear to toys, cookware etc. From time to time they offer promotion such as 20% discount for the whole store. There is a famous temple nearby where attracts a lot of locals and tourist.

An upscale store carrying many good brands. Got some good deals for Christmas. No way to know from outside that this plain-looking building has this vibrant shopping center inside!

Very friendly staff. The cashier helped advise with the purchase with purchase items and provided very good service. The staff manning the various product sections are also knowledgeable and provided demos on the items usage. OG is one of the old school local department stores left in SG, the others being Tangs and Metro. But OG has remained affordable and down to earth in their approach, and still employing local “aunties” as their promoters.

Good location- Bugis which attracts lots of tourists. This mall is close by and gives one options for branded products.

OG is a well established shopping centre located here as they are the owner or this Albert complex good local food hawker centre just outside and opposite the famous SIM Lim square for electronics goods

Worst place to shop.Bad customer service and a very dishonest shopping place. Staff will just accuse you of anything and managers don't care. Stay away from this cursed place. Especially the Guess promoter Jennifer and the one of their in charge by the name of Cindy. Rubbish I was treated like a thief and the way they handled the case was rubbish. Never ever shop in this shopping malls run by gangsters, people who will threaten you and find all excuses to avoid their mistakes. I spoke to their customer service officer Jason who was of no use. They have not responded to my email I had to call Jason personally who gave me rubbish replies. Their guess promoter Jennifer I have no nothing even bad words are too good to be used on her. It was clearly their fault but they blame it on the customer and try avoid the issue. Worse I was extorted $151.20 from their staff Cindy which was something not my fault but the management. Cheats and thieves

Nice branded clothes outlet at ground floor. You would also find lot of street shops and cheap branded shirts outside this mall

My mum's go-to store for good reason. A fairly wide and updated range of merchandise at fair prices (apparel, housewares, toys) for the discerning auntie and uncle crowd!

Old shopping mall that badly needs an upgrade, repaint and refresh. But surprisingly still popular with aunties. Maybe it's the never-ending bedsheets sales that's attracting the throngs of shoppers.
Outside the OG is more vibrant, the Bugis Street, temple, shops, street food and hawker. Makes the OG somewhat out of place unable to keep up with the sights and sounds surrounding it.

I have shopped here for the past 20 years. Can be a little expensive but some bargains can be had in their sales and special offers. Always good quality.

Busy, fun part of the city with heaps of shops, market stalls and great food. Good priced massage and beauty treatments. Good department store and in the heart of China Town and across the main road from Little India.

It's a mall targeted at crowd for the late 40s suitable to bring my parents and grandparents to shop there and there's a cafe there called granny's secret. Their homecook food is fabulous

Very good shopping mall open 11 to 9:30pm
But here is the verity of clothes, shoes, all the men's wear and women wear can get either reasonable price I like to buy form OG quality things and happy shopping, I recommend to go there.

This shopping mall looks older than the one immediately around Bugis, but it often has lots of apparel marked on sale.

Old Girl - for all of your fashion needs, by fashion needs I mean unfashionable items.
There are some wins to be had here, bedding, household items and a few clothing essentials.
The store is old but has the most awesome AC which is most welcome.

I misplaced my wallet at the Albert Street OG store cashiers counter last Friday.
I called up and your Office Receptionist answered the call.
I told her my problem and she quickly located the counter and got back to me. What a relief for me!
