Staffs who work here don't know anything, everything has to be asked, saying it's not on the record, etc. I don't know how this branch is still functioning! Ridiculous!!

Luckily for them google doesnt allow me to give zero stars. The service was a total shambles. Would not recommend anyone to do their banking here

Really bad service.. this branch is a mess. The lady, I was served (counter 5 at 4:50pm on 19/08/17) by, does not know how to behave.

Have had no bad experiences with this bank. They have ATM's all over Singapore.

would give it 0 stars (if available) due to very bad service. visited the branch 3 times and was disappointed on all 3 occasions. front line staff talk down to you and teller doesn't seem very interested answer my questions.

Feeling really bad about banking service at Jurong Point branch today around 11:20am. Customers were rushed down to exchange notes for the new-year-red-pocket, and I was one of them. When the door was open, all customers rushed in, all neatly queued, or sat at waiting hall. I was quite impressed, and wanted to take a photo to whatsapp my family. First of all, in my knowledge, bank is public area. Secondly, I did not see any sign to say "no photo should be taken" and aware about it. Just the moment I press my photo shoot button on my photo screen, one of the OCBC staff shouted at me loudly, and requested me to deleted photo immediately. All the people around were turned back and looked at me. This was not the end, when I showed her my photo albums and there was no picture at all, the staff finger pointed at my nose and said:" make sure you deleted!" Never been treated in this way, without any respect. I have banking experience around world, like Australian, UK, United States, Paris(France),Hongkong, Guanzhou(China). Honestly, there was no staff from any bank above shout at their customers.Thanks to OCBC, Jurong Point Branch, Singapore! Let me experience this unforgettable moment in my 32 years life. I do apologize, I was not familiar with your policy about photo taking is prohibited. And also I did not see any clear indication about it. Maybe I am not aware about this could be very sensitive social issue against privacy. I do believe there are lot of people do take photo from bank.But next time if happen again to other customer, please do it gently. As a customer come to your Bank branch, we do deserve a good and respectful manner. Another question is raised, if the staff stopped right after I pressed my screen, she must observe me for a while. Then, she looked at my phone, perhaps other customer as well. So we don't have our photo privacy at bank any more, because any staff could possible stare at your when you a phone on hand!!! Respect customers privacy, dear OCBC staff at Jurong Point branch!
