For all your bamking essentials. Be prepared for a hour long wait :(

Good place to park and buy daily necessities. Hit minimum spending and you enjoy free parking. Food court is not crowded, a range of dinning options available.

Reasonable size shopping area with food resorts on site. Access to all areas via bus taxi or mrt. Found this place by chance and have to say it's worth a visit if your nearby looking to do a quick bit of shopping.

Nothing much here unless u are taking the Ferry or Coach. Kind of stuffy at some areas.
Signage are clear and easy to follow. Washrooms are generally clean. Prolly window shopping and proceed to Vivocity.

This is a gate when you want to go overseas to Singapore via Batam, Indonesia. The place is good, but you will fill bored when queue for the Singapore immigration. It's take 35 min. until 1,5 hour just for it. Hope, it will be better :(

Very very very big shopping mall. You can get anything from A top Z. It's too big actually. You can be very lost easily if you are first time visiting.

Geetika Saraswat (23/11/2017 09:38)
It's connected to Vivo hence very convenient. More popular for ferry terminal

Henry Zheng (23/11/2017 06:32)
Nice n Big place, connecting with vivo shooping centre. You can find anything here. Don't worry about food, many place to find.

Sake Chandrawijaya (20/11/2017 02:14)
Between this and Vivocity, i can't tell the difference. Should be side by side. Lots of stores and stalls, convenient to get to, and place has everything you want and need.

Good place to sit down and chill. The Starbucks and mac have excellent ambiances and location to warrant an visit.

One of Singapore sea ports and I believe it's the best one compared to the rest. It had ample shopping as well. Vivo city is right beside and linked so if you need more shopping experience it's right there.

Jian An Tan (01/09/2017 06:54)
Best of both worlds. Go Harbourfront if you want to avoid the crowd but with plenty international brands readily available next door at Vivo City

Firdaus Norsham (14/08/2017 02:35)
Love the parking here. Great view. Plenty of food options. Perfect for kids to run around. Zoo Moov located on same level as Mothercare.

Nice place for shopping. You can go to Sentosa Island by cable car. Its an experience which money cant buy. You must feel & see it yourself. The view is breath taking.

Fabio Verazza (01/07/2017 02:54)
Place is nice and very close to the famous VIVO City mall, thus you can go for shopping waiting the ferry schedule. Baggage checking-in is a bit crowded, however there are only 5 to 10 minutes quaying. Note: the baggage check-in officer back office is extraordinary proficient and professional.

lorenzo bbano (25/06/2017 11:52)
Easy to follow signs. Info desk super helpful. Convenient shops are convenient

worthy tan (14/06/2017 11:10)
Despite a little old compare to its next door neighbour. Has good mix of shops and eateries. Nice sea and Sentosa views too!

lee s.h.linda (04/06/2017 15:06)
Its one mega shopping mall. You get almost everything at very reasonable prices and services done. Whats more complete as a cruise center to near by island , monorail, cable car, drive, cycle ,walk and ferry across to sentosa , island of holusay making and great getaway. Remember so much to do and enjoy a day or two a must visit.

Benjamin Lau (22/05/2017 12:50)
After several revamps HFC is definitely better than before. Caters mostly to tourists coming in from ferries and cruises and also office crowds during the weekdays. Some nice restaurants, eateries and a supermarket making this a nice service mall.

ivan chan (03/05/2017 16:16)
Has everything you basically need. Quick walk to Vivo city. Got a gym, fast food, shopping, bakery and important the departure hall to batam. Not to mention the 2 mrt lines

Suruchi Desai (03/05/2017 10:05)
Washrooms are very poorly maintained. No Soap in the dispenser.Hand dryer not working Staff at cruise luggage check in is really rude. Can make the check in process better especially with the Air Conditioners not working in the Lounge. Inspite of paying a hefty price, the check in is really slow and poor.

Last weekend trip to Batam Island at Singapore Harbour Front Terminal shows that we are in a 3rd world transport system. We ( a group of 16) arrived at 7:00am and waited for the boarding call for the 8:00am Ferry. It was super crowded at the Terminal areas ( standing, sitting or queuing at bakeries and eateries for take away), noisy. There were some announcements from the speakers but we could hardly make up what was being said. We went to queue for the gate at 7:20am and right at the beginning of the long, crowded queue, the officers in grey uniforms told us that we will not be able to hop on the 8:00am Ferry as booked. One of them advises us to go back out and change the departure time. He explained that everybody in this queue have different boarding time. One wonder why we have not use our world greatest airport Terminal system implemented in the Ferry Terminal . It would be great if we can make our Ferry Terminal stress free. We can go through the boarding process like a windy breeze to Sun, Fun Islands with a Happy, Hopping Experience.

The less-enticing sibling of Vivocity. Have great food options, but very few things to do outside of eating.

Samuel Edyson (09/04/2017 08:00)
One of the ferry terminal's shopping centre consisting of lots of nostalgic shops. Lots of renovation changes too, which made old interior design looked much better. Easy to navigate and places are easy to spot. Really can't get enough of this place (even though we went through it everytime we travel).

Anjin San (06/03/2017 12:57)
Fantastic place for Pokemon and possibly the last stop on the mainland before you hop onto the Sentosa Express to Sentosa!

Shirley Goh (25/02/2017 03:21)
Gd foodcourt, easy parking and convenient to get to Vivo City.

Uday Shetty (20/02/2017 00:00)
Lively place to spend an evening. Crowded , busy , with people from several nationality walking , enjoying the view or snacking. We got a good view of the Singapore skyline and the city. Do not miss this place.

A good place to get taxi easily if u visit Vovo city. ;)

Christian Skadberg (10/12/2016 02:19)
Shopping mall, great for people who like to shop. Personal preferences will prevail. Stores are well kept.

Teofilus Boedijono (04/10/2016 05:25)
One of the best harbour I have ever been to, great variety of food and shopping . There's an MRT Station and situated just beside Vivo City.

Eshan Jayatilaka (19/09/2016 09:30)
Great location, good infrastructure though that's hardly not to be expected in Singapore. All out a nice place to disembark after a seven hour bus ride. Would be great if there were more public seats or benches though

Daze Rabbit (13/09/2016 05:00)
Liked
- Can take a boat trip to batam easily.
- there is lots of cafe/restaurant w variety of food.
- the harbourfront centre is spacious.

Dont Like
- Not much to shop about :)

Shel Oui (16/08/2016 15:11)
This place has a few key establishments other than being a ferry terminal to Batam - Black Ball, Starbucks, Wang Cafe, Xing Wang, Hans, Yoshinoya, Harrys and of course, MacDonalds. Never too crowded.

Arugam Bay (22/07/2016 14:40)
Great. For a quick ferry trip abroad. Take a fast boat to Batam island. And enjoy Indonesia. All within one hour. And for less than $45

Bryant Cho (29/05/2016 04:58)
Secondary mall as compared to Vivo city with a decent array of shops, ferries to Batam and Bintan depart from here.

prash bala (18/05/2016 04:32)
As a mall, the harbourfront center is not as shiny and upmarket as the neighboring vivo city mall, however there are some good bargains in the stores. There are also some outdoor sales in the corridors where you can get high quality stuff (Shoes, backpacks) for a bargain. There are also some less expensive local eateries. Overall its a bit dated.

Ng Zhi Xiang (26/04/2016 15:07)
All the facilities and entertainment covered by vivocity. Easy hub for getting to and fro sentosa by the monorail train and if you feel adventurous taking a hike up the nearby mount faber is a good option away from the crowds

Jacksen Merson (16/04/2016 19:12)
Fantastic place. Brilliant selection of shop types in it. Certainly nothing to complain of. This is the first place you'll see when you visit Singapore from Batam's ferry. And I'm happy to say that you will enjoy shopping around here.
