Good Indian food at reasonable price. Only setback is lack of parking space.

It's one of the 3 prata shops along the West Coast stretch, and it's loaded with students after camps, after studying, after dates. We picked it because of how crowded it was compared to the other 2. It's not exactly the most conducive spot for talking or catching up, as the shop is extremely warm even at night, and parking can be quite an issue (there's only that one stretch of drop off zone in front of the shops). Quality of prata and curry is poor, and service is slow and unsystematic. Overall it's not the best place to visit - not too sure about the other 2.

Decent and affordable Prata place. Plaster Prata and Maggie Goreng were not bad.

A good inexpensive place to eat local delicacies. Famous with NUS students.

Staffs are super efficient and their service has improve over the years. Love the milk prata and price is reasonable. Pls don't raise the price!

It is with great regret that I have to rate this below 3 stars. They raised their prices crazily within the last decade. Food quality is similar, but when you are raising your prices like this, it makes it hard for me to rate them well.
Prata is still the same reliable and trusty prata, try the plaster one, they make it to perfection.

Good food but slow service
Adeline Liew (08/10/2017 07:35)
Good place for supper. But only if one is okay with below par prata served.

24-hour prata stall with pratas just to fill your stomach. Their Maggie-goreng is the true reason why you come here.
Matthew Carter-Clout (10/09/2017 08:21)
Quick, easy comfort food. Good value.

Only good for pratas. Ordering anything else off the menu is sure to lead to great disappointment.

More than 20 varieties of Parathas are available that can be mix and matched as per your taste buds. They make tasty Maggi Goreng, roti john. Milo Peng is the best beverage at this restaurant and is a must try.

Our go-to place for breakfast on a Saturday morning bicycle ride. foods are nice, acceptable, but it can take a while for your orders to arrive, even though it is not peak hour.

It's delicious as long as you only order the cheese prata and it's variants and skip the rest of their prata offerings. Don't order the Niqqi special (the one with the cheese and potato).

Haven't had such good Teh Tarik for a while! Prata was OK, not so for the gravy. Else I would give another star.
Update after 3 months: Ordered nasi lemak today and it was surprisingly good! The samba chili was hot enough but not the extend it burns. The nasi was the big win. Because of this I have updated my review to five stars!

The prata is not as good as it used to be. Tasted half cooked ..floury taste. I can't finish my order of 1 egg and 1 kosong this visit.

Hakim Albasrawy (07/03/2017 09:53)

Nice Prata as well as mee goreng. Place is air-conditioned and is very comfortable for a tête-à-tête with friends. Smokers are seated outside. Friendly boss and staff.

Pratas were good- the rest is mediocre at best.

Good Prata. Well received by students in the nearby Uni
Ben Mitchell (29/12/2016 22:35)
Great food at an affordable price. Some of the best prata I've had.
Ria Saptarika (07/09/2016 00:52)
Nice roti prata.

Visited on 30/4/16 8.30pm, order Maggi Mee Goreng., We complaint it was too salty to eat. After changing two times, it's still salty. The server answer , it suppose to taste salty because of the sachet seasoning. What an answered from them.
Oscar Castro (05/03/2016 04:25)
Not what I expected.
When I heard tomato cheese prata, I said I must go. But the tomato was bad and I couldn't taste the cheese. The garlic prata was nice and the plain prata average.
The staff is friendly enough. My only disappointment was the tomato cheese prata.
Nicholas Jeremy (23/02/2016 08:45)
The prata are relatively the same price as a coffee shop & they serve you the food and they got menus and a ton of variety of pratas and other dishes. Best part is they cook it fresh. And not those pre-made
Desmond Goh (09/02/2016 03:41)
The cheese prata used to be awesome but when i visited them yesterday and ordered 3 cheese prata for my family and it turn out the cheese they put was so little that it tasted just like a Kosong prata. When I highlighted this to the stuff they insisted they put cheese in there which I can't even see any sticky cheese texture when the prata is being pulled apart
Geraldine Koh (09/02/2016 00:04)
Worst teh halia and teh c drinks, diluted to a point where it feels like a scam.
Despite telling them to thicken it, it just did not work. Pratas were very chewy. Only consolation was the curry dipping sauce. Absolutely disappointing. A mamak shop that can't make a good hot tea and proper pratas. Better to go hungry than eat here
