Heard about Uncle Tony online and decided to drop by. Spectacles are affordable! I got mine for both lens and frame at a good price within 30mins & I gotten a free pair of monthly lens. THANK U SO MUCH! Will be buying again definitely 😅 (they should really open up a shop in Woodlands area!)

I turned up without an appointment and had an eye test and had left with my new glasses within 45 minutes. Fantastic, friendly service with a good range of designer frames at reasonable prices. They prefer cash. Recommended with thanks.

One of the iconic independent optical shop. Came here because of a recommendation from my ex-boss. They have a large collection of unique eyewear not found anywhere else. They can make the lenses in-house so you can get it within a few hours.
Don’t let the stacks of spectacles and sunglasses scare you. You will definitely find something unique that suits you.
The prices are also kept low. Definitely will be making my sunglasses with them soon.

Tony, the boss is a good optician because he is patient n listens to his customer's needs. I had a good experience when I made a pair of glasses at his shop. Tony is fantastic in adjusting the frame n there is no pain when I first wore them n then daily. I shall recommend to my bespectacled friends. Thank u Tony.

The service is good. I felt welcomed and glasses were ready within an hour. However, I don't understand why some recommended it as a cheap place to do your glasses. I did mine for $78 (lens and frame. Nothing extra like scratch-resistant, etc. Frame is brand less and plastic). I could have done it for the same price at my neighborhood store. There are also shops which have promotions and you get similar glasses for less (around $50-$70).

Came here today after reading positive reviews on here. The young chinese sale girl that assists me was friendly. She was very patient, took my degree for my new glasses and waiting time for it to get ready is less than 30 mins via text massage, no need receipt! She even adjusted the nose pad seeing that it was loose when i tried it on before i left the store. She knows her job well i assume! I will definitely recommend this place to my friend. Affordably and great service.

this is a very friendly shop with lots choice of frames, bosses and colleagues are experienced and helpful.
its amazing fast to have your spectacles ready, really amazing.
I might find myself wondering how come I did not try this shop for my glasses ? and why spent thousands dollars struggling to find a perfect glasses for the past years?

Comfort and design have always my requirements for my eyeglasses. It always ended costing me a bomb with the fancy frames and multicoated high index lens. The store has a huge range of cool vintage frames as well as classic frames which suits me really well. Most importantly, it is really affordable! A nice classic frame and high index lens, cost around 1/4 of the price I paid in other stores! And the eyeglasses are ready within 30mins.
I will really highly recommend this store for it's price and service! They are really friendly, easy going and not pushy at all. But if you are imto mykita or Lindberg types, then this is probably not for you!

My go to for all my glasses. You'd have to wait for less than an hour for your glasses to be ready.
They have a wide variety of frames to choose from.

Excellent customer service by a long time optician store. There's a wide variety of glasses for any budget, including brand names such as Ray Ban, Mango, Owlet, Gucci etc. Waited less than 30 mins for two pairs of glasses

Very affordable frames and lens. A good find for me esp having a child with high index lens who keeps breaking or scratching it. No branded lens helps. With this store, the lens which usually costs 288 minimum for my kids only costs 45sgd. I don't mind if she breaks it every 6months than changing with a 288sgd per 6months.

what a find! I has lost my glasses and luckily came across a review of this shop. Mr. Lim could not have been more helpful and they replaced my glasses in record time. I had a good choice of attractive frames and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Many people recommended this spectacle shop online and I decided to give it a try as my spectacle frame was breaking.
The shop is located at one corner within Peninsula Shopping Centre. Their spectacles were priced at $100 and $168 (lens + frame) in general. The shop owner, Uncle Tony is a very patient and sincere person, listening attentively to my needs before recommending my preferred type of spectacle frame.
Uncle Tony was kind enough to give me a $10 discount after I had selected my frame. I walked around the shopping centre for 45 mins before coming back to collect my new pair of spectacles.
When I came back for collection, there was a person who was out of job and needed a pair of spectacles. Uncle Tony was kind enough to charge him only for the frame and not the lens. He is really a samaritan!

A HUGE range of spectacles and shades available which will leave you spoilt for choice and reasonably priced. The after service is superb. I have recommended friends and family to the shop and all are happy with their purchases.
One time, my spectacles side frame broke due to some personal reason so I went back to the shop and ask if there was any thing that could be done to repair it. Uncle Tony (the Boss) told me that it could be done and asked to come back in a few days. Days later, i went back to the shop and it was almost brand new! He didn't even ask for payment. Come to think of it, I feel obliged to treat him coffee when I'm free.
