Reached at 1030am, clinic said morning slots are full so I took a queue number for afternoon slot starting from 2pm. Reached at 2pm, waited for close to 1 hour but only 2 patients went in... second patient not even out yet. Extremely slow service and complete waste of time😡

Bloody lousy. Says open till 10pm but rejected customers who came at 8pm. Not recommended!

Wasting time!!!! After patient come out, he seat longer inside do nothing, and let patient wait outside. Patient consultant time is shorter then his seat alone inside. Dr. Lim seng kang!!! 现在的医生真的没有医德！

In all my previous experiences consulting a Dr, be it for myself, or my family members, never have I met a Dr who is uninterested and showed 0 empathy towards a patient who is genuinely concern with her health conditition. Utterly disappointed and felt even worst after seeing the Dr, who obviously just wants to quickly send you out the door and clears the queue. For goodness sake. Go elsewhere. Highly recommend the other 2 clinics next to this one.

If there was star lower than one I sure give. Worst doctor ever. Total waste of money. If dying also please do not visit this place. Horrendous should have just gone nuh instead of this waste of space. More worried about returning to them.

Very nice and caring doctors. Doc Yeo and Doc Felicia. They really try to understand your illness during consultation. Do try to call them to take a queue no before going down.

The cough syrup Dr gave me only lasted for three days, but my cough was not cured yet. In order to get the same syrup to continue my treatment, they expected me to pay for additonal consultation. They should give enough amount of syrup that can last through the treatment. Understand syrup is a controlled medicine but only gave amount for 3 days is obviously not enough to cure cough. I suggest patients go to a more humane family clinic where dr gives a more reasonable amount of medicine.
