I purchased a Swiftyscooter here, traveling from abroad to be able to try it. Anthony let me tried one, took the time to explan the folding mecanism and even kept the original box for a week so I could travel to Malaysia and come back to pack the scooter before taking my flight. He was very professional and friendly. I even could have a discount in advance despite it was supposed to be announced just after my departure. Great service!

Arrogant and lousy service, staff's knowledge of bikes is questionable.

John of MybikeShop was very customer friendly and flexible to accommodate my needs. He was willing to get his mechanic, Jai, to help adjust my new Bickerton bike from their sister company, Blu2 and also bring my warranty registration form to Joseph on my behalf. I am very happy with the customer focus & service oriented attitude of the people there.

The shop has survived so far because they sell high end bikes. They give little problems if any at all. I have bought 3 bikes from them. The first 2 are good. The last, is a horrendous experience though not any cheaper than the first two and recommended by their own staff in their third shop which closed down end 2017. I suggested that they stop selling that brand as the quality of it is questionable. He became extremely defensive, insisting that it is a good brand and high quality. I found out they actually stopped carrying the brand but they refuse to admit hoping that I can be fooled to believe that I've paid for a good bike. The shop keeper need to stop treating customers as stupid. We had to make 3 trips there for one problem, not counting other problems on that bike. They give warranty, offer free replacement of tubes but are unwilling to change for you when you ask them to. Why offer? So if you are after good quality bikes and not after sales service, this will be the place to go. Do your own research on the product first. Don't trust their recommendation. Forget about friendly and logical after sales service. In other words, if what you are looking for can be bought online at a much better rate, forget about buying here. It's just a warehouse for some good bikes and maybe some not so good ones.

Worst experience ever. This is not a repair shop. This is a shop that SELLS high-end bicycles. Don't bother trying to bring your bicycle there.

Lots of high-end bikes there. So I brought two of my high-end bikes there and they wouldn't work on them because I didn't buy them there. Despite the shop having no customers at the time. Not very helpful to expats who bring their bikes to Singapore, need service, and might buy more, and give referrals.
