Have been bringing my furry friends to this clinic for the past 10 years and have sadly missed a few of the really good animal loving vets left this Clinic.
Recently my dog had stones in the bladder and had to be operated on. While the entire operation cost me in excess of $2000, I am thankful to the vet who was really good in what he was doing & above all, kind and compassionate.
It’s professionals like him who makes the clinic feel welcoming and I will certainly continue to patronize their services.

A nice environment, calm friendly staff, and really competent, I'm very happy to trust my pets health with them

The vets I had are mostly young and inexperienced during my visits to Mount Pleasant. The way they diagnose your pet is by running all sorts of tests from major to minor to cross them all out. If the vet was more experienced, I doubt they need to go through this brute force method.
They gave my dog the wrong diagnosis up until the day she died. We had trusted them for months and kept going back for multiple tests costing us thousands of dollars. It was finally another vet that was able to diagnose her correctly and by the time it was too late.
They also charged thousands of dollars for extra tests as well.
There is sadly no recourse for us pet owners when vets grossly misdiagnose in Singapore :(

I would recommend this place. My dog had just undergone a Pyometra surgery in another clinic. When I took her home after 4 days of hospitalisation, she had black stool, was coughing & panting excessively, vomiting and refused to eat or drink, the vet told me that her CBC showed a lost of 38% RBC but did not advise me how to improve her RBC. I was left without help nor clear explanation. When I called the vet who operated on my dog, she said "What do you want me to?" That left me devastated and stranded thinking there's no hope.
On Sunday I visited Mt. Pleasant Changi to make an enquiry, Dr Girisha saw me whilst I was talking to the recep, she asked what happened, I explained my situation and she said "I will be with you in a min".
She explained the CBC report to me clearly, explained to me what's going on with my dog's post-op, prescribe anti-inflammatory medication to soothe my dog's pain. She did a test on my dogs black poop just to make sure there's no blood, albeit it was due to the iron pills.
My dog is no longer struggling from pain, and neither am I struggling with worries.
The nurses are knowledgeable and caring too. :)

Called and Booked in to see the Vet in the evening as my pup was not feeling well. Rushed all the way back and there to meet their timing only to find that they had an emergency surgery. Thats fine...but it was over 2 hours wait.. thats fine too. Only to find that they are are insisting of an extra $170 add on charge. WTF!? No one called to inform me although I had already booked in an appointment. I could have gone to another vet...but by that time all the other vets have already closed. These people have no regard for their customers. They put money first without logic. WARNING...Go there and you might get extra charges dump on you when you are in need and do not have other options.
