When to Mi Kwang, and was served by Philip. The whole experience was good and pleasant.
Philip was very responsible and have excellent customer service.
For my second order, there was some mistakes in measurement. Without any questions, he promptly rectified all faults. Bravo!

Overpriced, 20%-30% more than other local furniture store. Depends on the charge with or without GST and transportation fee. Look around and compare the price making final choice. If the design you can find only in this place, go for it.

Bought a sofa set and coffee table from MK last month. Received my items on 4 & 10 Feb respectively.
Was attended to by Philip who was extremely patient and helpful with my questions and requests. Response time was very prompt!

Super Irresponsible and unreliable. WILL NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! wrongly sent a cheaper set of furniture. They promised to send the right one in a few days, but they never did after 1 month. WHEN I CALL THEY COME UP WITH ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE!!!!!

Bad experience getting delivery scheduled to Singapore. Not responsive too.

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a display shelf and a set of 4 dining chairs to be delivered to my residence in Singapore. Specifically asked for a Saturday delivery before 1pm which the sales staff agreed to, noted down on the invoice, and said he would arrange. Waited for 2 hours on the Saturday the delivery was due but no one showed up. Called the sales guy and he said sorry, ur items are stuck at warehouse and not on the delivery truck. Absolutely disappointing. Sales person said he would check the next Saturday if its possible to deliver and revert to me. He did not get back to me at all. 3 days later I got a call at work, on a Wednesday, around 11am, apparently the delivery man was at my place now. I messaged the sales person and asked, why did u arrange for delivery without notifying me ? I am in the middle of work now! He hasn't responded to any messages despite having read them. I had to rush home to accept the delivery. Furniture received was also slightly damaged, showing scratches at edges. Took pictures and sent them to the the sales person, who saw my messages, and decided not to reply. Extremely poor service by Mi Kuang Furniture. Beware of this shop, fellow Singaporeans. Would avoid any future purchases.
