Awesome service and ambience, wonderful food and a great place to celebrate birthday. Made a reservation and indicated that it is hubby's birthday and they gave a small chocolate cake on the house. Thank you Mezza9, will return for more.

We come to Mezza9 every time we visit Singapore however the food quality isn't as good as before anymore. The service is not a 5 star standard. The fresh orange juice tastes like carton juice. Nothing impressive about the hot and sour soup neither the lobster crispy noodle. On our second last visit, the steak on the set menu which was our favourite meal has been replaced with standard steak or maybe because they pour sauce on it? The sauce itself tastes sweet which is not everyone's preference. I would appreciate if they separate the sauce and the steak when served. I wonder if they have changed the chef?

The service here stands out they have wait staff from different countries which makes for interesting conversation. The different cuisines or open kitchens here mean we get to sample different foods. From Japanese to Thai. Good quality.

I have been here on a number of times over the last few years. The concept is great and previously the food and service have been good. Sadly on this occasion whilst the quality of food was fine it was very expensive (side portions disappointing) and the wine on offer by glass was limited in choice and both expensive and not very exciting.
At the end of the meal we were overcharged on the bill and whilst it was immediately corrected without fuss it always leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Others around us also seemed to have cause for complaint with tables either side of us sending food back. In a city with so many choices of retaurant Mezza9 needs to improve if it is to remain viable.

Really love this place... BUT.. there is such a thing as a dry AND dirty martini.. that combo is the best to me but it seems if I ask I get either very dirty or else very dry... any chance we can get our martini of choice next time guys?!

Having dessert now at Mezza 9 after a great meal. Food is good and quality is high. Always enjoying it. Just note of caution. If you order any hot soup or hot coffee drink them faster because it’s cold here and they gets to you on the table warm but not hot.

The most incredible buffet I have ever seen... Including liquid nitrogen meringues! The staff were incredible and there was a great atmosphere. The lighting is very dim so don't expect great photos but expect great food!

Best seafood in town, you have a mixed selection of buffet from all over the world.. from salads to steaks to seafood(giant prawns/fresh Japanese cuts of salmon) to Indonesian cuisine even Chinese food! Big variety of desserts/ even cheese

We booked for 3 and the only available table was for 2. Then they moved us in the most remote corner of the restaurant. Service was not enough proactive and food was quite average if compared to other brunch. We left very disappointed to be honest.

Hyatt, well known for quality food. We ordered Khao Moo Yang, BBQ pork collar Thai style. Was too sweet, overwhelm the BBQ taste. We preferred to have a little charred. The crispy noodle with Maine Lobster was not bad, but can't say that's excellent. Tenderloin steak was medium to well down, where I ordered medium to medium rare. Good selection of wine. Restaurant was quite good on Friday and by 7:30PM, the restaurant become unpleasant with the smell of cooking.

Excellent food, great staff. This is a fantastic dining concept, allowing individual diners to choose from various international cuisines from Thai to Japanese to Chinese. Quality of cooking is top notch. Wonderful evening.

Food has always been consistent and of high quality at Mezza9. Enjoyable meal as always. Service staff keeps changing though, so there's never one familiar face, many foreign trained staff which does add to the international feel of the place.

Great buffet; well worth the cost. Stay all day, get the all you can drink option

Really great food, at a fairly reasonable price (for a hotel). I ordered the "koo moo yang" (free range pork neck), which was very delicious. Their tom yam goong soup is also fabulous. I would come back for sure. If you eat here a lot, it may be worth getting the Club at Hyatt as you get discounts (for an annual fee).

Excellent food, if a bit pricey. The set menu (appetizer, main, and dessert) is somewhat reasonable, with some very good options.
Good, but expensive drinks. Great service all around, my glass was always full. Clean and classy. Nice ambiance.

Its a crowded place inside the hotel. We were the hotel guest and made a booking in advance, however, they mess up the booking and gave us a bad table. Anyway I ordered a crab dish and it wasn't fresh, taste weird and I called the waiter to take it back….end up they deducted half price of that bad dish. Their service is disappointing!
Kris Fu (01/02/2017 15:25)
Service was good but food was served fairly slowly.
As for the taste, it was very underwheming especially given the price. Saw the different cuts of beef they grilled (porterhouse, sirloin, dry aged) and they all didn't have any nice marbling at all. So all the steaks came out pretty tough.
Definitely had better for a much more affordable price.
Hope they bring in better cuts next time!
P.S. the pork chop was actually very good. So good that I happily are the fats cause it was so tender and juicy. Oh man, that pork chop...

Great happy hour promotion - 50% discount off all house pour drinks (excluding bottles), cocktails and martinis from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday to Saturday). Excellent service as well. Celebrated a birthday there.

Lobster noodles for set lunch is the best, great selection of food items from different stations within the restaurant itself.
Jude Lee (12/05/2016 18:42)
Nice wagyu beef burger and dessert. Chirashi don was good. Lobster meal was ok. Lamb Shepherd pie was ok too. Nice atmosphere. Crowded during lunch.
Alphonsus Lee (25/12/2015 15:19)
Sit down meal, no buffet. Big selection of a la carte dishes from various cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, Jap and Asian and Thai. Had the cold crab, which is quite meaty. Had oodles of crab roe! Quite pricey, be prepared to pay around $60-80 per pax.
Pierre Chassaing (17/11/2015 10:38)
Mezza9 has multiple open kitchens that will serve your choice of western, local and Japanese food. The quality is expensive but top-notch! My only beef is the seating which is generally bad: tables for 2 are too close which kills all privacy, with a lighting that is sometimes pretty harsh.

To GM of Grand Hyatt Singapore,
Your property is nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the wines and food but not the sub-par services from your hosts particularly a lady Vaxxxxxxx. She is not ready to delight customers with her unfriendly attitude.
We would be happy to be back here again but would like to see improvement in her service attitude.
For all sake, you ought to do your work well.
Best regards,
Michael Lee
