Most professional so far. They are fine art framer that uses better framing materials & so can be pricey

the service from Merlin Frame Maker is the worst experience I ever have. Visited the store around noon on 3.4.2018 and saw one customer was there talking to the service staff at the payment counter. I entered and "hi" to them, the service staff totally ignore me without address to me or even give me a signal to wait. I was there waited for around 5 mins before the customer left the shop. The service staff then slower walk to me. I left the shop instead because I trust that we as customer deserve better service. furthermore, there are hundred of photo frame shops in Singapore that I know they are eager to get our business. If you want to carry on to do business in Singapore, improve your service level to meet the customer's need. being said that, I managed to find another frame making shop at the neighborhood area at Toa Payoh and they provide the best customer experience after how i have being treated at Merlin Frame Maker.

Person at the shop was very friendly and gave me a few options to choose from and made recommendations. Price was reasonable, 120 bucks for a roughly A4-sized painting with a 10 day wait.

The staff provide very good advice & recommendation in framing my artworks. Just love the framing works.

Been using Merlin Frame Maker for the last 5+ years and never been disappointed. Joe & Diana are super knowledgable about all things framing and always give good advice on the various options available to effectively conserve our paintings for the long term. I would highly recommend Merlin for any works of value, either from a financial or sentimental perspective - there is no one in Singapore better.
