I always like to sit outside facing the pond, but you could experience some mosquitoes there in the late evening so avoid sitting outside specially if you have kids. Interms of seating it can hold up to 30-35 max and it's crowded during the weekends. I prefer the clementi west coast park outlet than this one

The place has downsized... It used to have a children's indoor playground. Service can be a little faster but the place is cosy enough +o enjoy a cuppa :)

Since it has given up half of it spaces out. This branch has always experienced lack of seats and very packed. Gone were the days where we could leisurely sit by the pond and enjpy the breakfast at our own pace.

Food is good. However I reported twice to manager about food spill underneath some tables that are not mop at all. My kids also commentes many food flies at the chilli sauce table which The manager did took action to clean up. The hygiene n cleanliness of this outlet ought to improve.

Food is nice, but slow in service. I waited 5 mins at the counter (no other customer) to have my order taken. Man power shortage.

Ample parking and the usual stuff you'll expect from McDonald's but with nicer ambience. Small pond and tiny bridge and a few pavilions around.

On 2 occasions, ordered Angus burger to take away. Back home discovered Angus beef lathered with tomato sauce. Definitely killed the taste and flavour.
Utterly disappointed.
Subsequently on my next visit McDonalds redeemed itself. This photo shows how the Classic Angus burger should look like. Well done guys!

Place needs some clean up... Dusty on the edges of the compound. Servers were courteous tho. Fries is crispy unlike some other branches.

Nice surrounding, with pond and mini garden. Small venue with limited seating though

Good McDonalds with quick service but the building is a bit odd. The building is low rise, kind of in a swamp but most importantly the food is great!

Has a nice garden, but pity about the downsizing which makes it a bit of a squeeze now.

Smell of fresh French fries outside. Classic McSpicy and fresh fries, what more can one ask for

Great customer service, if here on a Saturday definetly ask for lara as your cashier and tip her well, she needs it

Good location, nice nature ambiance. Coffee pot has residue at the bottom and tasted bad. French fries were undercooked. Ran out of hashbrowns for breakfast. Toilet was dirty. Breakfast chicken muffin has shrunk noticeably.

This is one of the more beautiful McDonald's I've come across in Singapore. The pond with the fishes and turtles is such an attraction to people of all ages. Since I stayed close by, I enjoyed the walk to this place post 12am. So serene and beautiful. The service is one of the best I have seen. All the staff have a smile on their face and are truly happy to serve their customers well!

It's a McDonald's. It's open 24x7. Ambiance is so-so. No self ordering kiosks and can be slow at times.
Alvis Yeo (09/07/2017 04:41)
Morning breakfast with a view. Little garden with pond. 24hrs open to anyone to pop-in.
It has strung to less than half from the original size. Wonder where the fishes gone to now.
Jeffrey Tan (22/06/2017 04:42)
There is a pond outside. Use to be better and larger. After renovation the down size the outlet. Limited sitting place. On a Sunday morning after church then outlet is crowded. The plus point is there is a carpark just outside. Convenient for people who drive. No drive thru though.

Cosy place to catch up with your loved ones. Extended their area to be air-conditioned.Parking space is very accessible to the mac d itself.

The last time I came was 2 years ago and boy, has this place changed! Back then I would've given this filthy fly-infested place 1 star for its poor sanitation, but attempts have been made to improve the standard of hygiene. A large portion of the al fresco dining area has become air conditioned, and servers have become more proactive in clearing residual scraps of food on the table.
There's still the lingering scent of algae though, but that's to be expected given that this establishment is surrounded by lush greenery. Good place to get a quick bite but not to chill.

A rare McDonald place in Singapore, surrounded by a small pond and nice little gardens. Great service. Surprisingly good music & sound system.
Chee Meng Chan (27/03/2017 04:23)
Quiet and away from the busy crowded places. Good place to chill and have a peaceful relaxing meal.
ChiaLee Wong (25/03/2017 12:50)
Quiet and nice green scenary. One of the rare McDonald nestled in a park. A much relaxing feel over those in urban setups (like malls)
Jim Faherty (26/01/2017 23:48)
This is the most 'kampong' McDonald's you'll find in Singapore... Surrounded by greenery (and a garden centre) and thatched shelters reminiscent of the old attap lean-to's.
Standard menu, weird layout that feels a bit cramped, but quite an interesting location, especially if you take a wander through the 'garden' bit... Beware of snakes!

Need fresh air, elegant ambient for a date, meeting. There is a new halal restaurant run by Indonesian. A nicer corner than MacDonald next door..
Even common Mee Soto taste exquisitely good.

This branch has sadly lost some of its charm after the downsizing.
Still a unique experience nonetheless with the surrounding nature right at your feet.

Good place for stopover break after a long day of driving. bring mosquito repellent, if you want to sit outside
Win Yongrattana (20/08/2016 04:15)
Nice 'stand alone' Mc store surrounded by the green. Normally packed with family and kids.recently change A/C so It became more cooling fresh when you get in. Now it opens 24/7 ideal for late night meal.

THE POND AT THE RID OUT IS SO SO SO DISSAPOINTING REALLY. PLEASE CLEAR ALL THOSE RUBBISH INSIDE THE WATER I USED TO GO THERE JUST TO WATCH TORTISE INSIDE THE POND AND NOW , IT BECAME A DISASTER!
Jude Lee (04/08/2016 11:22)
This place is getting really old. The ceiling is falling apart and water from the air con drips on you while u eat. Used to frequent here during poly days and it's quite sad to see the state it is in
Heng Tan (29/06/2016 07:56)
Convenient car park next to macdonald's. 24hours. Nice ambience.
Max Collins (06/05/2016 16:38)
Isolated mcdonald. It's just another branch, has a carpark.
Jonathan Ng (06/03/2016 06:23)
Very Nice staff. Busy crowd but staff was still payient and kind. Atmosphere is great. Has a pond and all.. florist is nearby too.. great place for the family weekend.
Fei Fei Chiam (26/01/2016 12:21)
Large McDonald's outlet, with a small playground for kids, birthday area outdoor. Unfortunately no drive thru. Nicely decorated with turtle pond.
After food, you can go to the florist beside for a walk.
Yudong Sun (25/12/2015 16:35)
The atmosphere quite nice. It isn't too busy and you can usually get a table, especially because it is really quite big
