Vibrant shopping and eating opportunities. Visit the food court for a taste of Singapore food or the food marketplace for a more European offering. As in all of Singapore the shopping is classy, varied and on many floors, you will need to use the store directory which you will find on every floor. Enter the shopping mall and you will get that ‘tardis’ feeling as it’s far bigger than you expect.

I like the food court here. Look at this beef Japanese curry rice, simply delicious. There are also healthier options like the Hakka Thunder Tea with brown rice. If you like buffet, there is one at the basement serving huge selection of sea food. This place is conveniently located at City Hall SMRT Station and accessible to Suntec City Exhibition centre, making it a great stop for your shopping.

Chewy Junior in the basement has made their donuts less sweet. The cream is light and fresh with none of the cloying aftertaste of certain donuts. The pleasant young man who offered us samples was quite patient and attentive

Raffles City is still a premier mall despite its age, is evergreen design, well-built and efficiently maintained. With its wide merchandise and F&B offering the top range across to the middle range, and rightly priced, is a preferred mall to everyone from the wealthy to the lower income workers. Its convention centre is world-class and is a keen competitor with the 5-star hotels in the ballroom sphere. It's more than any other mall with an adjacent MRT station and surrounding national monuments like St Andrew's Cathedral and Cathedral of the Good Shepherd.

Greatest city I have ever traveled. An extremely big underground and MRT system that can make you to the heaven of streetwalkers. You should travel around on foot to discover this beautiful city.

Perfect place for shopping and eating. Lots of choices and frequented by tourist. Centrally located at city hall mrt. Reasonably priced food and shopping. Many brand names can be found here.

City is the right word. This place was HUGE. It was warm inside so that was a little uncomfortable but it wasn't surprising do to all the people in there. The shops were fun to stroll around and look at all the cool things. We got some awesome items to remember our trip. Was a maze trying to find shops we wanted to go back to see. The coolest part was we could take underground tunnels to get from one side of the street to the other so we could stay out of the heart and rain. I would love to go back.

Offering an "outsiders" view, I'd describe Raffles City as good place to shop if you like shopping. It seems fairly popular among Singaporeans for reasons I can't entirely explain. Maybe it's just a good place to get out of the heat outside. As a shopping center, Raffles City offers a decent mix of high end and mid-end skiing.

24 hours Starbucks and McDonald's in this mall ensure that you never have to worry about staying out late in the city area. Mainly high end stores but some unique gift places worth visiting.

You don't really need to go to Orchard (unless you're looking for LV, YSL, Chanel and the like). Pretty good selection of international brands can be found here. Food court here is pretty good. Always go for the Yong Tau Foo!

A nice place to meet friends over lunch or tea, though it can get pretty crowded with the lunchtime crowd. It is best to come for lunch between 11.30am to 12noon Everything looks nice to try so it always seems so inviting for me to come again. After a meal, I enjoy walking around to view the shops like the Marketplace and Robinson.

Nice mid city mall with everything you could need. Never overly crowded but it does share space with mrt so rush hours are frantic. Outside these times it is a pretty relaxing place with some out door eating areas around the McD and Costa coffee shop. Not overly bicycle friendly but walking here is easy .Nice place to be when it rains, you can sit under the shelter outside drinking coffee, stay dry and enjoy the cool air without a.c..

This is the perfect alternative to Orchard road if you are not into crowds. Good mix of high end and mid-level shops, has departmental store and a supermarket. A wide + good selection of food places as well - finger food or complete meals. Fairly clean toilets.

Great place to shop with a wide range of different shops. Shops are in a well organised manner. Toilets and the entire mall is pretty clean. Mall can get very crowded though.
Aize Queen (08/07/2017 13:52)
Great place to shop with a mix of high end and affordable shops. Nice selection of smaller food shops at the basement level too. Don't forget to try The Golden Duck Salted Egg Fish Skin, shop is located in the basement level.

A modern shopping mall for the sophisticated and casual shopper alike. Recently expanded basement filled with a myriad of restaurants for casual affordable dining. Also houses top rated restaurants located at the 5 star Fairmont and Swissotel hotels.
G L Littleton (08/06/2017 13:45)
A great many shops, food venders and the City Hall subway station.
It's a very large mall with plenty of stores and food vendors on site. I saw numerous stores and it was a good break in my site seeing. Also saw 5 police officers carrying plenty of fire power. So you will be safe.

The michelin rated restaurant is a big Blah!! compared to the amazing local food. The view from the top is great.

A short walk from Carlton Hotel to this great shopping centre for some excellent breakfast . There many food choices here. Raffles City shopping is great with many high end branded products. A must place to visit.
Ankit Mackar (18/04/2017 05:39)
It's big and well mapped out so you would have no problem getting around. Everything you'd expect in terms of High end shopping. You should go here if you want to splurge. For the budget conscious I would recommend Sun Tec City.

I got my stuff back on the following day when I reported to the food court admin office the day after I forgot to take it after a meal. Never thought I could get it back as the food court was busy with lots of people. Bravo for the honest person who found it and passed it to the admin office.

Raffles city has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. There's something for everyone here.
The central location and access to transportation make it a perfect meeting place.
Khoo Kay Joe (01/02/2017 13:30)
Right down from the MRT and you can find whatever you need here. Lots of variety of food and cafes and dessert. Slightly higher end shopping.
ZQuest89 (26/01/2017 10:59)
Known as one of the busiest malls in Singapore. It is inter-connected with other train stations and you would definitely witness the bustling pace of locals and expats moving from place to place
Jason Worles (10/01/2017 17:19)
Iconic. Forgive the queues and the prices and if you only do it once that's fine. The Long Bar may have moved over the years but it's your chance for a moment of reflected glamour. You can always say you've been.
Gabriel Quek (21/10/2016 01:32)
A very well diversified mall with a super mart, departmental store, alot of clothing brands, telcos, gifts stores, etc. There's a nice food hall at the basement too. Really conveniently located with City Hall MRT right at its doorstep. It's also within walking distance to Esplanade, Marina Square and Suntec City, connected via an underground walkway filled witha myraid of stores.
Jocelyn Ho (15/10/2016 08:17)
Wonderful place to shop and eat. just above City Hall MRT station. Good place to hide when it is raining. From here there are sheltered links to The Esplanade and to Suntec City

Raffles S.C. has a very impressive supermarket located at the basement, stocked with great sea catch, organic food, wine and alcohol as well as premium snacks such as truffle potato chips.
The shopping mall is also peppered with small watch shops retailing great variety of exclusive, collectable watches for avid collectors. Not forgetting the many apparel brands for the well-to-do hippies.
For food seeking price conscious folks, go to Esplanade MRT via the adjoining basement link and you can find a basement food court, with traditional food stall and BK, this is valid as at Oct 2016.
Rei Lim (04/10/2016 03:19)
The mall has a convenient location and is linked to the City Hall MRT station. A good place for shopping. Wide selection of food at the basement. Might want to make a reservation at the restaurants first or arrive early to queue, as they are packed most of the time.
JK Ong (23/09/2016 11:22)
Great location with a good selection of food. Conveniently linked to city link and other underpass to suntec or esplanade mrt etc.

Ryan Choo (29/06/2016 04:24)
Now that the basement is linked to other shopping malls nearby, you are definitely going to experience a surge in human traffic especially over the weekends! This also means that shopping craze will definitely be satisfied when you explore the different stores selling merchandise of all kinds and offering various other personal grooming services. Check out the food hall and the different cuisines it offers.
