The drive thru not so ok.... always forgot to give sauce for the orders.
Always no stock of toys for happy meal. Literally all the times and offer customer really old toys.

Go for drive thru if you want larger ayam goreng McD, and ask for NO WINGS. Because wings are for kids and they can only be good if they put 4 in there. :)

The drive through is very cool because you can buy your meals in less than 3 mins without leaving your vehicle. I will encourage people who don't want to park their vehicles and are in an hurry

Service very good and fast. If you need to hurry, I do not recommend you to go here because sometimes it will be full with UTM student since the location is beside UTM (University)

A long time MacDonald outlet establishment, was run down previously but environment improved after renovation. Now it is one of the few MacD in johor bahru with new ordering system. Always busy and could be packed at times. Service can be improved for the counter ordering staff, and customer service personnel can be more attentive. Best staff so far is the cleaner auntie who has served for many years.

For UTM student, this is really a good place to escape from the study life. Newly renovated with latest numering system making cust. to wait for the meal in more comfortable manner.

Popular with college crowds from UTM. Had a bad experience when the staff miscalculated the amount to pay and he didn't even admit his mistake, didn't see him working there after some times.

They have this new 'experimental system'.
Queing system-place your order,and wait for your number to appear on their screen.
The idea is good-they are meant to give out faster service.However,the staff there unable to coupe with the speed..making our in dining order a lot lot longer than before.
Not going here anymore.

Edited. Nice drive thru and for dining in as well. Not crowded. Tried dining in there twice. Service is terribly slow!!! Dining area cleanliness can be improved. Aircon was down as well.

Very poor the service! Because there are the wifi always out of several, , I been there many times that always no wifi service is not available all day! How can be like that?
