Mayer Service Centre is at 6th Floor..71 Ubi Crescent...abit far for me as I'm staying in west..wished they had one in the west as well...Staffs are nice..Place has a clean look to it...

Although the opening hours are until 6pm, the staff still entertained me without complaints!
It's quite a nice showroom where you can get bargain/refurbished units.
Technical guy even came out to explain the problem, kudos!

3 Kitchenaid mixers were sent for repair but they were badly scratched and dented upon collection. Paid $500+ for the repairs but no proper receipt with breakdown of service costs was given!

Placed order on June 16 and only option was delivery for a fee of $12 otherwise "order" button would not activate. Once order is placed, the following order confirmation page display the self collection information. This is not good. Also, todate, no news about delivery schedule and only asked me to refer to their T&C which are really to cover their own interest as delivery is at their pleasure and subject to availability - whatever that means.
If not definite delivery information, I will opt for self collection and get the $12 refund or I will cancel the order and notify Paypal.
Called during office hours and no one answer the phone nor able to leave any messages as the voice box were full. Backend support must always be available with at least one person to answer calls. Once you ordered, you are at their mercy. Disappointing.

Visited the office to buy carbon charcoal filter part for cooker hood MMBCH900 around end Dec 2016. Support personnel said no stock and person in charge will get back to us. Till today have not received follow up. For such a important part to run out of stock is not good customer satisfaction. Lesson learnt - when buying any consumer electronics, must look for vendors strong in post-sales customer support services.
