Product quality good. Have been using it for years. However, their aftersales support service very lousy. Be careful with it if you are particular on service.
1. Very expensive spare part.
2. Inexperience service man - when I consult the technician for buying a new hob, he told me not worth to buy from Mayer, he said the product is from China, not worth to buy a new one. Surprise answer to me.
3. Order spare part for 1 month, no update from service center.
4. Service charge for changing spare part go by per item basis, not per visit.
