Lousy service, no proper system, no queue arrangement resulting customers anyhow searching for service staff, when there are people waiting for to be served, the new comer just stand beside or even stand closer to the service counter, once the customer before done, he/ she just rush in AND THE MAYBANK STAFF also carry on serving him/her.Apalah itu !!! the employee station at the reception desk is very inpatient and not polite at all. Maybank City Square should get someone who has patient and polite at front desk, thank you. we just walked away after getting the bad service at the reception desk, therefore unsure about the service at the bank.

Never notify online or even at glass panel of its bank that its closed. made many waited for 1 to 2 hours. Its really unprofessional

Long wait at atm machines. Bank is generally ok for banking as long as you bank using the counters.

The cheque deposit machine is not functioning half the time, especially after 5pm.
