quality of products at best above average. prices can range from value for money to utter rip off. not a place i will go for shopping as it is too inconsistent

A large outlet by Mark & Spencer strategically located at Wheelock Place. Getting there is easy by MRT. Prices are a lot higher as compared to their outlets in London.

The M&S cafe at Wheelock - overall a disappointing experience. Based on my M&S experiences in the UK, Philippines, etc. my expectation was that the one in Singapore would at least be as good. I ordered a Cappuccino which was quite a decent cup. The vanilla sponge muffin has been my absolute favourite in all of the M&S menus. To my utter disappointment, the sponge muffin here had a rock hard exterior, was ice cold inside and so not a sponge! The carrot cake was just okay. Recommend only for coffee, get your pastries elsewhere!

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was inexplicably closed. No sign, no notice. Nothing. People were looking through the doors and windows perplexed. Horrible management.

Fantastic, service, atmosphere, quality and choice of products available. So glad that M&S have managed to create the UK experience in their Wheelock and Plaza Singapore stores in Singapore.

Great for shopping. More seats for resting would have been nice

A huge shop selling a selection of products ranging from food items to clothing.

Massive store, with a food hall too. Mostly baked goods and processed food. No fresh sandwiches etc like in Hong Kong.

Visited the cafe adjacent to the store. Ordered the tomato soup served with bread - this was exceptional and tasty. The eggs Florentine was alright, though the eggs were a little over cooked. Service is at best mediocre, do be patient with the young staff. Overall, a good selection food from snacks to desserts to mains. Brings back memories of the UK!

We were told it wouldn't take long to serve our scone set. 20 minutes later, the waiter came by and said he hadn't keyed in our order. Conveniently they were also waiting for our table to be vacated so that they could put it together with other tables to make up a reservation for a larger group.

As good as a Marks & Spencer is in Singapore. Normal selection. Spread out and doesn't feel claustrophobic. And now, the food selection has just got better with chilled food being flown in. The Cafe is a welcome add-on, and I suspect it's going to be too small to serve the demand.

Love the food section. A bit pricey but the quality is good. Clothing section also has good quality and price on the high side unless there is some sale going on. Spacious and due to the price factor not so crowded ;)

The food hall isn't as large as those in England, but they still carry many of the same goods.
