I love this hotel. the atmosphere is very nice. location is convenience to go to the city. you can see the fireworks from the room in new year’s eve.

Had an excellent overnight stay. I received a very accommodating and professional service by all staff - as you would expect from a prestigious hotel. The location is perfect with shopping malls literally next door and it's just a short walk to the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck and the Gardens by the Bay. My room had views of the Marina Bay and it was absolutely amazing. What was even better was that I managed to get the room at a great rate and upgraded from Ocean View to Marina View at no extra charge.

Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Singapore on the way back from the Maldives. The entire experience was wonderful. Check in was quick and painless. Our room was excellent with wonderful views of the city and the bay. The service of every staff member, even the pool staff ( perhaps especially the pool staff) was first rate - friendly and helpful, fun and professional, and always what was needed. The pool was excellent and the spa first rate. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ll be back!!

Went for a buffet at the melt. This was my second time there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The seafood was fresh and it had quite a huge spread. Furthermore, the other food that was presented were great as well. The ambience was superb coupled with the great service from their staff. Definitely will return in future!

Make sure you make a reservation at the Axis bar and lounge, if you want to be seated by the windows to enjoy the night view of the city.
Otherwise, drinks are served pretty quickly, and the hotel staff are phenomenal. Yes, even for a weekend.

I was there for their wedding lunch. Food was great - as expected :) The staffs are kind and services are top notch. Its been a great pleasure attending events at Mandarine Oriental.

Went to melt cafe for a dinner. Great wonderful spread and with an amazing variety. Really good quality of food. Fresh seafood, everyone might think that the lobsters and oysters are the highlight, but I think the roasts were pretty amazing! Don't forget to go out to the patio to have the grill and barbecue! All in all an extremely good buffet meal. Just that I think the name melt cafe really doesn't reflect the niceness of this buffet spread

Excellent service provided by the server at my table for the wedding I attended. It literally felt like there were two servers serving my table. Drinks were topped up within a minute, really amazing. The food was pretty good too. Overall an excellent experience for a wedding dinner at Mandarin Oriental. Great work!

What a great location, probably the best in Singapore which alone gives it 5stars. Convenient taxi stand right outside hotel. So much shopping and food around. Plenty of restaurants in hotel including that 2-Michelin starred Chinese one whose name evades me. Couldn’t get a booking due to it being Xmas season. Make sure you book in advance. Rooms are standard 5star hotel, which means very good but not special. Check in and out had a huge line, quite a wait.

We are very happy with this hotel. A very well maintained and classy hotel with it's facilities and the well trained staff. The room has a beautiful view and very well maintained. The staffs are very warm and helpful.
We definitely would go back to this hotel when we visit Singapore next time.

It's a traditional hotel... Great service all round, no fads, no gimmicks. The suites are very large by Singapore standards... And the pool gets lovely sun.

Went to Cherry garden for dim sum brunch. It is a high quality all you can eat concept. There are different timings, we went from 11 to 1. The quality of the food is really good and the setting very posh. Service is excellent. Reccomend to try it out. Reservations are necessary.

It was difficult for me to navigate to Mandarin Oriental Hotel from Marina Square. The interior and atmosphere in the hotel is very good, very oriental. I was having a family dinner at Cherry Gardens and the staffs were very welcoming and polite. However, the food was so-so. The price do not match the quality of food at all. I would not recommend the resraurant unless you are going for the atmosphere only.

Attended my friend's wedding at Dolce Vita and it was simply fantastic. Felix and Adrain had been nothing short of helpful in addressing to our needs and logistics issues during times of emergency. The food was great and hats off to their chef and his crew for the consistency of quality (I don't think it's easy to prepare a variety of dishes for over a hundred guests at once). Overall a successful and enjoyable event for everyone. Potential wedding couples should definitely give this place a chance if they want something special to remember in their marriage to come.

Here for food tasting for an upcoming wedding. The staff are very friendly and very service-oriented. The interior of the hotel is superb.

international buffet lunch at melt cafe was awesome.. especially the seafood on ice.. is fresh and spread of sashimi is good. not forgetting about the freshly made waffles and the chocolate fondue for dessert.

We had dim sum brunch at Cherry Garden. Even though it's on the pricey side, I thought the food and ambience was worth it. Everything was delicious. The service staff were attentive and alert. Honestly service was easily the best I have experienced in Singapore.

I stayed one night in the club marina bay room. Room was spacious, the king-sized bed were fluffy and soft. The bathroom was sleek and clean, coupled with a shower and bathtub. The view was as magnificent as described. You could just sit on the carpet floor as just view the city. Service was excellent though with a few hiccups. I was also a guest at the marina oriental lounge and i absolutely adore the lounge. The lounge was cozy the staff there was impeccable. Rated 9.5/10 for my one night stay.

Dinner at Morton's Steakhouse located in Mandarin Oriental is always good. Every time I step into the hotel itself I'm always in awe of the beauty of the lobby. Morton's also has this fabulous atrium bar that kinda looks like a tree house that sits atop a single pillar. Food and service is always excellent.

I was there recently for a friend's wedding and it was my first time visiting Mandarin Oriental. The banquet looks amazing and the food was delicious. Servers were attentive and ensure that my drink is always full. Thumbs up.

The look, feel and service of this luxury hotel is at par with what you'd expect how a Mandarin hotel should be. What made my stay extra memorable was the view at my room. I practically stayed by the window every chance I got.

Loved it. Location is great (marina bay area); attached shopping mall was fine for us with less of the chaos than orchard road. Service amazing...and we payed extra for the club rooms and would highly recommend; the array of food and drink on offer was great and the view amazing. The pool was exactly right....good view but not too crowded.

I have travelled and stayed in hotels most of my working career and this was with out a doubt one of if not the best experience I have ever had. The service was impeccable, right down to taking. It's on day one on how we had our coffee and then each day at breakfast they simply turned up with it at the table. The food was sensational and the view was spectacular

Rooms were really comfortable. There were great amount of amenities in the toilet. Including bath salt, which were superb for the skin. Breakfast were not bad. Wide range of selection. Just that the sofa was kind of dusty. So i had a sensitive nose, which made me sneeze quite abit. Their service are impeccable. Friendly and yet kind staff. Well mannered too! Overal 4.2/5

Very hospitable staff won't let you down. Melt cafe offers very delicious breakfast buffet. Bring your swimsuit for scenic rooftop pool. Happy hour at Morton's bar. you will buy WIFI by hour or by day.

It's placed in a lovely spot. The views are great. There's a nice pool.
Having the lifts in a ring is unnecessary obtuse, with 50% chance of I've opening behind you. The breakfast is poorly laid out, making it difficult to find everything you're after. The internal balconies give me vertigo, but perhaps not to someone more used to Singaporean architecture!

I've traveled around the world. Twice. If there was a place I'd stay for the rest of my life, this would be it. The Japanese feels like a damp kitchen closet though. The service at this hotel is the best in the world. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, classy and elegant and prepared with the clients perfect well being in mind. If they were to ever greet me, "welcome home!" I'd be really glad to say, "it's great to be back!" Oh, the pool is pretty awesome too.

Beautiful hotel with zen, ambient lighting and beautiful sculptures adorning each floor. The buffet has a wide selection of western grills, Indian naan stations, local specialties, fresh seafood selection, AND a fantastic dessert station (with chocolate fondue & waffles!) Great place for family gatherings or long catch-up sessions with old friends.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. You're room is always nice when you come back. No matter when you left it. Great view! Take a room with Marina Bay View. The hotel is a bit dark inside and the bar could be nicer. Slow internet! Nowadays I would expect good and fast internet in a high class hotel.

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say!
If money is not an issue, this is the place to be, everything feels right, the ambient, the room deco, the personal touch, every staff maintains a smile on their faces from house keeping to the receptions, and are quite pro active in carrying out their job.

Awesome property. You cannot go wrong when choosing Mandarin Oriental for your hotel stay. The staff is very friendly and I couldn't ask for more when it comes to the level of service.
