Poor customer service, call for few days no one pick up the call. This kimd of service just make malaysia to continue like thrid world country

Already 2weeks ready they haven't or neva collect garbage from our place I have noted that they have pick from some bin n left some bin. Hope so have changes after tis because it's pass over few weeks n gv smelly and here v have disturben by monkeys so they come n open the bin and take out all garbage n spoil the area. Pls to consider that v need changes for some reason. Our area at Skudai Selesa Jaya Taman Silat Gayong.

Call 072198000 around 1 hour waiting at phone and try other extension number no one pickup phone. Funny...Call within 1030 till 1100 ++ no one pickup phone. This timing is working hour but look like midnight hours.
