Very good & satisfying massage...the masseur knew where my trouble spots were and concentrated on those areas...walked out feeling lighter and refreshed! I will definitely be back!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had!! Nice space, great and standard service, clean and fresh environment.
The only thing can be better is...if the lady are willing to warm the body scrub and mask in advance, since it’s so cold while applying. Rest are perfect!
*Provide free pick up and drop off from ferry/hotel!! Really sweet!

Most expensive massage I have seen around Nagoya shopping. However for wife enjoyment, I don't mind trying it out after seeing so many good reviews. Went for 3 hrs massage with wife and it cost around $1.2m rupiah.
Boss is very friendly, speak Indonesian, English and hokkien. No Mandarin though. Place was clean, spacious and many free refreshments at the reception counter. They even have cup noodles some tidbits milo, coffee, 姜茶，龟灵膏。
Massage was not bad. A bit warm in the beginning and I was sweating. Temperature cool down afterwards and it was better. Strength was okay and attitude was good. Some light music in the background. After the massage, u can take your time to shower and wash away the oil.
They offer free transport to restaurants after the massage.
No wonder they appeal to a lot of ladies and people who don't mind paying near Singaporean prices for massage. However think I will give it a miss in future. Why else will I come to batam if I am willing to pay Singapore prices? Haha.

Friendly owner, well-mannered staff. Massage was good and professional. Hassle free, come enjoy their massage with no worries. Slightly pricey as compared to surrounding shop, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Massage is so so and communication is hard. All the therapists are either over weight or old, lacking strength & stamina. Heavily over priced run down massage place with “free food & free transport” which obviously was charged within the price menu.

I have been here several times and always getting my money worth. Had tried other centres but this still the cleanest and most comfortable. Apart from all those positive comments given I would also like to reiterate the warmth and professionalism of the owner and staff. Management if the operations are within the family business hence service quality can be assured. Owner Jeremiah greets every customer personally and saw through all our needs. His drivers are also punctual and trustworthy. We brought along our 2 big kids to patronise their services twice and they were very satisfied too. Highly recommended.

Best massage I've had in batam. Not at all condescending like the rest I've been to, who just wants to earn your money. The boss (I presume) and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. The massage service was great too. Although there's nothing much to do in batam, I don't mind going back again just for massage at this awesome place. Oh, and they provide free transportation pretty much everywhere, as long as it's not too far out.

Very nice place ti visit. Comfy and friendly.. we paid 1.35milkion rupiah and we took for 3 hours very good relaxing massage. They rven arranged taxi services to go up and diwn from hotel and also helped us in taking to another shop about 5 min drive from the locstiin then back to hotel.

Took a two hour massage Traditional Balinese package and it was worth every cent. The masseur was very professional and diligent. Also, the free transportation makes it so convenient to engage their service.

Excellent service by both the Counter Staff and the Massagers who are also very professional in their job. Apart from the Massage, they provide transportation to and fro from our hotel and shopping centre. Highly recommended for peoples who want to have a relaxing massage.

If you take the 3 hour package, you will be entitled to free transfer from hotel to massage place (Nagoya Hill). Do check with the reservation team on transfer information as i think if you are located too far out, there will be a top up fee.
For the 3 hour package, the transfer includes from hotel to massage place, massage place to restaurant and finally from restaurant back to hotel. When you are done with the massage, just let the front desk know which restaurant you are going to and what time to pick up again when you are done with dinner. If your massage ends early and you wish to walk at Nagoya Hill, that is possible too and should communicate earlier before the start of the massage.
The service of the massage is really good. I took the 3 hour package (Massage + Scrub). It was dry massage follow by Oil massage. After that, it will be the scrub.
During the time of confirming your order, you will be asked what kind of massage strength you want. (Soft, Medium or Strong). Also, you will be asked what kind of rooms you prefer (Private/Standard or Couple). The rooms and the beds are very clean and it comes with shower facilities for couple rooms.
On the first level, they offer snacks, food, desserts, juices, hot drinks (ginger tea) and have sofa for you to seat and relax while waiting.

I would definitely come again either for the service or massage. They provide every single thing we need, e.g. Transportation, light snack & drinks & etc... The boss were so kind and helpful. Thumbsup to this spa!! :)

I booked the massage via email, and the owner, Jeremiah was prompt in replying and answering all my enquiries. I like the place, as it has the professional look and is clean. The massage service is good too, especially the lady who massage me. Though the price is slightly higher than the rest, their service is personal, as they will ask for your need of wanting hard, soft or normal massage. They are also very helpful as beside fetching us to and fro from batam centre, they also offered to send us to a restaurant for afternoon tea and seafood restaurant for our dinner.
