Nice hiking and trail running but can be really muddy after heavy rain. The lakefront boardwalk is a nice alternative to the main trail if you're walking.

The total trail takes about 4 hours’ walking. The views are fabulous, especially the lake. There are many runners along the way.

Great place to get away from the city, you'll feel like you're in the jungle! Only downside is it's very busy on weekend mornings, whether you're running or walking, and even if you go early! Cafe at the entrance has nice fresh coconuts too 😊

Good place to exercise ( walk or jogging) and breath in fresh air in the morning. Exercise is good for health.

Easily the best walking trail in Singapore. It a relax and easy walk even during high noon. About 10km around the lake but there are several other routes that is less than 10km.

Must visit if you like walking and enjoying the nature. We did like 6 km walk and it’s not even 20 % of the Park. There are so many nice trail.
MY ADVICE
Walk around the lace and you will see many monkeys just walking around. They absolutely don’t afraid of people and they don’t care if you take a picture of them. Last time I was there I saw a group of approximately 15 monkey. They are very nice and lovely

Amazing place to do a hike. Very forested area with designated pathway to walk. Serene place. You can hike up to10km in this park. Reservoir is great place to watch sunset. Pictures are below.

Great walking trails and lovely scenery. The treetop walkway is also nice. The boardwalks around the reservoir are also nice. Just make sure you take plenty of water to drink on your walk.

This massive reservoir and nature park is one of Singapore's true gems. Whether you love running, walking, or just getting outdoors, MacRitchie has an abundance of options for the entire family. My personal favourite is running the full 11 kilometre trail, taking in the dense forest, golf courses and wildlife. But the family also love the tree top walk

A beautiful reservoir with hiking routes ranging from 4km to 11km around the reservoir. Some routes are even longer as they are linked to other parks. All routes are clearly demarcated and easy to walk or even run.
