Brought an electric scooter that I bought from online in for servicing. I took a cab and transport it to the service centre all the way from Seng Kang. I guessed I don’t really have a choice, since my online seller don’t do servicing. My bad.
The service centre informed me that they need to impose an assessment fee of S$50 to troubleshoot the problem. I thought that is fair enough since it is not their house brand. They advised that the assessment result will be made known to me within 3 working days.
On the second day, they gave me a call, informing of the problem and quoting me the repair cost. I told them to go ahead and by the third day, they called me to pick it up as the work has been done.
Overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The MKP Service Centre is definitely doing a great job helping out all those poor and lost souls who don’t have a choice with spoilt electric scooter products (like those bought online or second hand from someone). Thanks MKP! I will definitely spread the “gospel” about the honorable work that has been done. 😊

Called the shop the day before hand and was asked to bring down our escooter for a check. Drove all the way from north to the shop and was told there is a checking fee of $50 due to their expertise even before any repair works. Should at least communicate the fee over the phone so that we can decide before coming all the way down. They also cannot be sure if they can repair my scooter.
Overall, feel the service quality was low and the guy who attended to me was rude. Not recommended .

Came in to repair a flat tire. The guy was nice enough to educate me that it's actually the inner tube that might be punctured. Satisfactory service.

Thanks Jason and his team for the wonderful work done on my dad's electric bicycle's batteries. Seriously we didn't know that the batteries we bought from Sim Lim were not suitable for ebike's usage. No wonder they aren't able to last more than 10 mins of riding even though we just have those changed two months' ago. Even though the price is cheap but looking back, it is seriously not worth the money! Thanks for advising us patiently and rest assured we will stick to MKP Bikes now for all future repairs. Great job!!

This guy is a technical cheat. He is very rude and will not answer to the customer. The repair charges is very expensive compared to other shops near Maude Road. For battery replacement it will cost S50 per battery but he charges $80!! When you call MKP no response most of the time. People should to very careful before choosing MKP for repair.
