She helped me and my daughter in our plans for a Korea trip with my grandchildren for 5 to 10 Dec AND she went out of her way to inform my daughter when I left my hp at your SG office!!

Grace Thum was attentive and responsive to our requests, although she's a bit unfamiliar with the computer booking system, but her colleagues are very helpful. She stayed late beyond her working hours to accommodate us. Good service.

I would like to complement Ms Amy Lee. She has been very helpful throughout my trip in Australia-Sydney. When there was some blunders cropped up during the trip ( Tall Ship Incident ) , she helped to sort it out between the operator and I. I appreciated her time and effort in making my Sydney trip a pleasant one.Thank you Ms Amy and Misa Travel.
