It is a very busy place, staff is ok yet they won’t communicate much about what tests they are running and why, you’re being sent home without any recommendation or assessment results, which are either being mailed to you or you can go a second time to collect them after two weeks. Equipment seems oldish and centre feels like a factory business with humans as the units despite the ambient music that’s meant to give it the appearance of a spa. Update: the practise seems to be run by junior doctors who sometimes don’t have their statistics right.

the place is always crowded. even with appointment you need to wait. just collection of xray report took me more than 30mins waiting time without the need of consultation. while the other need to wait for about 2hours for consultation due to lunch break. And make sure you ask for the date of collection. they told me collection on Tuesday and end up was NEXT tusday. no apologise and blamed it like was my fault for not asking clearly.

Today I have visit this place for my health screening. I arrived early morning and receive a warm greetings from the friendly staff here. They assist me in the registration process. Admire with the quick and well systematic process here, within an hour I have completed all my health testing. They also serve me with the light breakfast. I am delighted and felt blissful because I have been fasting for 12H for the blood test requirement. The location here is convenient and easy to find. Thank you very much.

This place is absolutely horrible!
1) No sms notification/email/letter after i changed my appointment date
2) Receptionist were unprofessional:
- Rude and gives wrong information
- e.g. when i arrived at the clinic, given that i was not given a new letter.. i showed her a picture of the old one (The physical one was thrown away as it was of my reasonable belief that they should send a new letter/email/sms notification if the apptment date was changed), I wrote the details required for her to check the records BUT she did not wven see clearly. Demanded i write ny contact number when i already did. When i highlighted it then she did not even apologise for her mis-sight.
2) same receptionist: She just gave me a number and asked me to wait for my q. I waited for a long time and decided to approach the counter again. ONLY THEN, did she tell me that she needs certain samples from me e.g. urine etc. I was waiting for nothing. If i did not take the initiative to approach her first, i would probable be wasting more time waiting for nothing.
3) same receptionist: At the counter, she blamed her incompetence of finding my records on me by saying that it was only due to me changing appointment dates many times BUT i only changed it ONCE (from 19th feb to 9th March). When she checked again and found out she's wrong.. she did not even apologise...
That is not all but you get the gist...A frontdesk recept is basically the "face" of a company and represents them. If the recept acts like this... seriously, i will never come here if possible.

Very well organised. Had gone for my full medical check up and finished off everything in 2 hours. Plus they kept updating me with next steps.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very efficient and and I would like to compliment the staff who did the cardiac stress test for me today sat 2 Dec 2017. he explained very well the procedure and results of the test and to encourage me to do more exercise for a healthier life. Thank you very much.

Visited MHC(amara)at Tg Pagar, nice ambient, busy Centre, staff are helpful. May need more manpower. Positive team at work. Can be better. Will come again.

Quick service! Keep up the good work. Need improvement on calling the patient is not loud and clear enough. Use screen or device to let the patient know when they are being called. Thanks

Undeserving of even one star. Disorganised. Inexperience receptionist who said I was done and then had to call me back to the clinic because she had forgotten I had to draw blood for one more tube. Nurse drawing blood was unsympathetic.

Dont go here, moody rude staff, highly disorganised. Just cheap management trying to make maximum money. Its only about $$$$. Patient health is last.

Waste people time! One way they spoil your health by making you to wait longer time. I booked the appointment at 2PM (to review my report), I reached there 10 mins before but they took more than 90 mins to call my number. The whole operation is just simply too slow.

Staff very rude, inefficient.
Takes very very very long to process even very simple request.

Slow service, inexperienced doctors, no professionalism. Doctors are not sensitive to patient's concern. Not recommended to visit. Disappointing.
Even though the clinic looks nice with many facilities. But, nope, never going back there again.

Very disorganized operation flow. Expect 3 hours waiting time for Saturday morning if you're doing a basic health screening. Instructions weren't clearly given but staff are approachable.

The lady in charge of blood taken is impolite.
The lady Doctor (non chinese) is unfriendly.
Reception also unfriendly.
The only friendly and polite person is the lady (non chinese) in charge of Xray.

With the exception of the male receptionist, the frontline staff are rude. They missed giving me my medicine after consultation. One wilfully ignored me when I was trying to tell her that. They mispronounced my name multiple times. They seem to be running around like headless chickens.

I went for a last minute Cancer Screening package at MHC Medical Centre at Amara, last Sat, was glad that the staff took my appt at the counter.
Although it was quite crowded at that period, the staff were friendly & attended to me very well; the staff pre-cautioned me of the expected long waiting time for my screen.
I was very glad with the last minute accomodation of my appt.
