Studio suite is nice, clean and spacious. Pool area is decent and suitable for families.

Food at par. Rooms are moderate as the furniture is not so up to date. Location easy to access from JB town.

Entrance to parking is quite disorganised. The ramp downwards into the parking area is too steep and curb is not easily seen. Probably can install those plastic post to guide entrance.
Food choices at myra cafe is limited but the ground coffee is strong and good.
Aircon at the meeting room 2 is not strong enough to cater to a group of 40 pax.

Seram gile. Enviroment not so good for baby. Rooms just 50-50. Not so comfortable. Cafe not so bad.

This is my first stay at this hotel...I booked for 1 bedroom suite and the room is very big but most of the furniture inside is quite old and hair dryer and some of the power point are not in good condition. However the check in process is very fast and the staffs are very helpful. Food ok..

Wonderful staff and nice pool. The restaurant is quite pricy what you get, but I have found must hotel restaurants in Malaysia like this.
The room was very spacious and clean and even had a set bar area that used to be a kitchen.
Overall a pleasant experience.

Large swimming pool for kids with slide. Spacious room. Bathroom with tub. Nice breakfast & friendly staff...my kids really having fun staying here.. 😊

The first time we went and it was great you could get a beer by the pool and the room was great but since then management has changed and it is now halal, which means no alcohol no pork. The pool closes at 7 which is way to early. The hotel is poorly maintained and not like the photos at all. The staff friendly and the one saving grace was the restaurant which had great cheap food. Overall I was a disappointed.

Before i make a booking, i did read about some review. some guess said this is not a good hotel to stay. but i personally think this is a a worth for money hotel. Here are some point:
1) Old hotel? yes it is. but it is still a good old hotel. good facility. comfy bed. cozy and spacious room.
2) Pool - EXCELLENT - if you have young kid they will love the pool! it have water slide!
3) Gym - yup they have gym, it is free for room guess!
4) No waterpipe near Toilet bowl. not muslim friendly
5) No kiblat sign - not muslim friendly
6) breakfast - ok la. can be better
7) parking - i dont know why some guest need to pay for it. but i park for FREE here
Will i come again? YES YES YES

Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Service is decent, and they accommodated my request for a late check-out almost immediately. Location is a little out of the way though.

Decent to take kids away from Sg for a weekend as there is a good swimming pool with water slide. Service is decent, but it is not a very clean hotel for my taste. Guess miss-management issues have made the hotel slip a bit.
The restaurant ain't great, and they closed the Chinese restaurant there was before.

Great facilities, only drawback is its distance from everything and the difficulty in hailing cabs. otherwise I had a good time here

I can only recommend this hotel. Very nice and spacious room with balcony, very nice bathroom, excellent food, very good service. This Hotel is Home away from Home. My husband and myself can recommend the Holiday experience.
