Sent 4 cars to this shop to have them serviced. The last car was a Toyota Altis. Came to the shop at night to rectify a cooling coil. I went down to the shop unannounce, later to find out that the radiator had problems. The mechanics informed the boss, but he was sleeping. In the end, due to them being slow, the boss called me at 5:14pm only to tell me that the radiator has to be changed- i said no to changing the radiator as it didnt look broken. There were leaks but the tubing was still attached to the nipple.
When i came down to the shop, the tubing was dangling and looking nothing like the picture he sent me with a red circle. The nipple joint was gone. At this point in time where they were unable to get spare recon parts. I had no choice but to give this car a brand new radiator for $400. At this time, i had to deliver this car to a new hirer. Due to a fight over the bill which was $1105 consisting of changing a cooling coil and radiator plus all the coolant and flush, the hirer was not able to have enough time to meet his incentives. I suspected that it was due to them tempering with the radiator in terms of checks or negligence. To aggravate the issue, alot of vulgarities and angry reactions were spewed at me for the accusations that were rebutted poorly.
I firmly do not recommend this workshop as u can see from the bill.
