I joined a Sentosa tour done by luxury, a group of about 40 who were all of different nationalities some from the Philippines , others from Indonesia, malaysia, China and India.
The tour went well it was very enjoyable and the guides were very information. However there were quite a few black sheep in the group who were constantly “missing in action” and late which really held back the group. I was truly impressed by the patience of Luxury’s guide that not only did they not get angry or rude due to theses other guests rather aggravating behaviour, the guides were very polite and never lose their cool. Some times it isn’t the agency that ruins the trip but the company of those on the tour, I wish people would just be more mutually understanding and less selfish in such circumstances.

Worst tour operator. They treat Indians like second grade people. On the day when we were supposed to go to universal studios they were late by one hour. But the next day when we were late by 3minutes the tour operator left us. Shameful behaviour. Instead of telling you about Singapore the guide talks about her personal problems. NEVER EVER BOOK LUXURY TOUR

It is shameful for singapore that such an agency operates in their country!
We booked the trip thru Make my trip.
Failed to pick us up from airport...
Their daily pickup bus never shows up on time...
Misleading & outright lying by their tour guide Alex Wong that they are taking us to chocolate factory and took us to a chocolate shop instead...
And finally, the pickup to airport doesn't come on time and be rude when we called for the status...
Suggest that you don't book trip thru MMT or Luxury if you don't want them to spoil your time and end up typing reviews like me!

i went to Singapore with (MMT)last week.i always travel alone but this was the worst trip of my life.all the Tour guides of "Luxury tours" are extremely rude.they treat Indians like beggar.when i reached the airport i waited for 2hrs.i call the MMT manager she told me she cant do anything i took a cab and reached hotel.not only that luxury tour guide left me in the middle of the city tour.again i took a cab and reached the next destination.all total i paid 30SGD .i will suggest everyone DO NOT travel with MAKE MY TRIP & LUXURY TOUR specially. Mr.Lee & Mr. Richard you guys are disgusting

We were very happy with the city tour service and the guide named Chin. Chin spoke good English and were knowledgeable , not only about the sites visited but also the culture and nuances of the local people. In particular we were bowled over by the enthusiasm and passion of our guide, Chin who made our holiday truly memorable. If you are going for City Tour we strongly recommend Chin.

Very rude people....we had booked our Singapore touri with make my trip(mmt) and they were the tours for singapore.....didn't coordinate our trip with mmt at all....we had private pick up... still not flexible..had to make international calls to India atleast 5 times a day to get work done....if going for a vacation and having these kind of tour operators then vacation spoilt...also never book from mmt..

The worst & most uncourteous tours & travel agency I have come across with. I recently visited singapore and my local tours were arranged through them by my Indian operator. They insist on time punctuality and even mention that they will not wait for more than 5 minutes from the given time. But the reverse is not true. They picked me late by half an hour on one day; Started their tour late by atleast 45 minutes because of some issues with group of passengers and missed one or two spots (during city tour); we were kept waiting for more than 20 minutes for their bus to arrive (Marline Bay), but once we three passengers got delayed by three four minutes from the time given, we were left behind. Even when contacted at their local office, the response was very cold rather insulting and no cooperation was provided. We had to hire our own conveyance and reach at the final destination to collect our bags from the bus. For a flight departure at 12.20 in the afternoon (International flights require reporting 3 hours before the flight time), they informed the pickup time of 9.20. When contacted they said that we will be picked up between 9.40 to 10.00 am otherwise we may go by 6 am. Ultimately again we had to hire our own taxi to the airport.
Please avoid availing services from this agency

Luxury tours and travels do not have value of our time
Bad experience on santosa island
1 tour manager 60 people
2 different itineraries
Wasted so much time for waiting others
City tour was third class
City tour means two small shops thats it
Behave of guide very bad

Till today it was good but the tour to Jurong Bird Park spoiled everything .
The tour guide was too rude (Mr. Keep) He made us see less than half of the things, with most of the tour in tram so you only have a brush of things .he told us we will see waterfall but then skipped it . Was very rude to call us back for the return trip with very rudely shouting that he is going to leave us at Jurong and go.
Don't expect such behaviour from a person in Service Industry.
Try and avoid this company for your travel plans. Everything is OK but they cannot be rude to tourists .
I would have rated 0 but there is no such option

Worst experience with these guys in tour ..
Unfortunately my boy got sick but d tour guide missbehaved so badly..not only for that day but every day drivers wer worst..even office staff not ready to listen any changes u need..
Please b careful before opperating with luxury travels...

They are not flexible. A Chinese driver who came to pickup us didn't have any patient. The last day we were caught in a traffic jam. Though we had informed them earlier they didn't wait for five minutes and we missed the pickup to the airport . Previous in langkawi also they didn't come for the pickup to the airport, then we had to rush to the airport on our own taxi.

We had a party of 7 arrive in Singapore, where we were met at the airport. We had two tours booked and would highly recommend this company for any of your airport transfers or tours. They were highly professional and were very easy to contact either by email before arriving or phone once we did arrive. Thank you for making our stay in Singapore such a memorable one. We encounter very poor experience with Luxury tours in Singapore. On the very first day, we have wasted about half an hour in the luxury redemption ticket counter to redeem our ticket to Universal studio. We need to make overseas call to ask the person in charge to be back. They should know Unirversal Studio open at 10am and they should not leave the counter vacant at that moment. During evening time, we have instructed to redeem our ticket at Burtterfly Park for "Song of the Sea". However, the person in charge couldn't find our time. Again, we need to make oversea call to check with Luxury. The agent told us that they forgot to book for us and ask us to come back the following day..The next day, we have planned to go other places. We can't come back anymore..In a result, we miss the 'Songs of the Sea show" . In conclusion, we have wasted extra time and money by purchasing their packages. Hope they will improve their services in future.
