Good range and variety of furnitures available in Lush with appealing design. Susan is helpful with recommendation of the products and in the end we bought a Benson sofa which was great! Quality is good and definitely worth the price we paid for.

What we like
My family and I enjoyed the shopping at Lush, the many selection and tasteful designs
We were served by Raven, whom aided us to understand their customizable sofa range and helped us come to the decision in the 30min we spent there. We felt good accomplished our sofa shopping at just one stop! Raven also gave excellent follow up from our Enquiry on delivery schedule. Lush logistic staff got back and delivery was made with Raven following up regularly. I didn’t experience the prolong delay mentioned by other reviews here.
What we don’t like
Lush practice no refund policy. So like what you see and buy. Don’t think about changing your mind, else you will have to settle for something else offered by lush (replacement instead of refund)
Lush show room is not big enough to cover all their ranges of product

I was really happy with the quality of their products, without having to spend too much. I bought these bar stools for my kitchen island and they look amazing. I looked around other shops before buying from Lush. The other shops were selling these stools at least double the price. The prices at Lush were really reasonable and service was also good. I would recommend Lush to anyone looking to buy furniture in Singapore, especially mid century modern furniture!

Great selection and good prices, but nothing beats the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful but Susan is the best! She worked with us and was attentive to our needs, with no high pressure. If you go to Lush, ask for Susan!

Was hesitant to buy from Lush after seeing the bad reviews, but decided to buy this sofa for my parents in the end because they really liked it. Very comfortable back support and suitable for the elderly. Turns out, it was a smooth and easy transaction from ordering to delivery. Received updates and reminders of delivery time via whatsapp. Delivery man was polite and helpful. He even taught us how to maintain and clean the sofa to last longer.

Horrible service fr LUSH. Ordered Chester sofa and expected to recvd on Feb 18. Kept delaying due to shipment problem and finally delivered in end Mar 18. Company promised to refund $100, but never happened. Poor quality. Scratches on the leather. Called service center no one pick up. Managed to contact one of the staff and still no follow up action. Sigh!

We are all in the same boat. Ordered the tree house bed from them and it was 2 months late. Was promised a $400 refund and since Feb and still haven’t seen it despite several heated calls. Product is also sub standard with cracks and missing screws etc. All the staff are terrible to deal with. They are pretty smug about it cos they know there’s nothing we can do as consumers. Literally told me to go to CASE. If we can do something collectively, please let me know. If you read this, please save yourself the pain.

John and Lorie from Lush are cheaters.
My wife posted here earlier about our experience and I’m adding on to it because I’m just that frustrated and I want to see their ratings plummet.
Bought a side table from them.
Table came five months later and due to delays they offered a cash refund of $100.
When the table finally came it was defective.
Til now haven’t seen the $100. Emailed them multiple times to ask but MIA. We will forfeit the cash.
Funnily enough, noticed lots of reviewers here with similar experience being promised partial cash refund but never receiving. These people are dishonest and not sincere about customer service and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
Just Google “Lush furniture complaints “ for more entertainment 😅

Beware!!! Terrible company.
Huge delay in delivering items. Paid in June, only got it in Nov after multiple delays.
Delivered stained product.
Promised compensation but went silent.
Posted negative comments on Facebook but deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting further. See screenshot of my Facebook comment that has been deleted!

I have exactly the same bad experience as the other reviewers.
I agree with another reviewer - if i can, i would give zero stars to Lush.
My experience:
- ordered a TV console and 4 dining chairs in June 2017.
- Lush called me and said their factory has stopped manufacturing the TV console, asked me whether I want a refund.
- I said yes, but despite a phone call every 2 weeks, the refund has not come. Their customer service number is hard to reach. It is either engaged or no one picks up. When I do reach someone, the customer service persons has the same line - I will speak to the management and get back to you. It is now December 2017, 6 months after i first made payment and I still do not have my refund.
- 4 dining chairs - the delivery was delayed and I only received my chairs in end Nov, 4 months after I made payment.
- out of the 4 chairs I ordered, one was the wrong colour. Lush took the chair back and promised to deliver a correct chair. It has been a month, and so far I have not heard back from Lush, and their customer service number is constantly engaged.
- i called the salesperson i bought the TV console and chairs from, and even she has left Lush.
Please do NOT buy anything from Lush. I suspect they have cash flow problems hence they are not processing any refunds. I highly doubt the positive reviews on Google. These sound too good to be true.

We purchased the chairs from Lush on May 2017 with the contractual agreement that the chairs to be delivered within 8 weeks (week of 24 July 2017).
After multiple emails of chasing (with very poor response); our first agreement over emails and phone call was that if chairs were not delivered by 30 Sep 2017, Lush would refund the monies to us. I followed up with emails and phone calls but the only response they gave me was " waiting for a response from management".
Again no refund was given.
We continued to chase up and finally in late Oct (after 24 weeks instead of 8 weeks) that the chairs are here. Lush offered a deal where we get a discount for the delay and inconvenience. I agreed to the deal.
On delivery date, the furniture was not the correct one. We again waited another week.
Till today after 30 weeks, I am left asking for the cash discount that was offered but not honored.
I urge the PUBLIC not to buy products from this Company. Their policy is very simple:
1. Cheaper products - but collect cash upfront (established furniture shops do not collect 100% like xzqt)
2. Promise of 8-10 weeks delivery but will certainly not honour it.
3. Extremely poor and dishonest customer service.
4. Products are made in poorly and they do not check deliveries.
