Attended my treatment last week for the Teeth Whitening treatment at Lush Aesthetic,Bedok Branch. The environment is surprisingly nice and comfy. Previously i had sent my email to thm for enquiry abt Teeth Whitening..their marketing staff had reply my message promptly as well. After one session my teeth were lighten 10shades, which i found very satisfy with my consultant ,Kenix. During the treatment the therapist,Iris did explain to me the treatment process clearly. With the results and good services i have signed up package with them . Highly recommended.=)

I have been at this place 2 months back. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The sales agent was pushing me over and over again and after i agreed to top up my treatment i was even cheated after paying as suddenly all my remaining treatments had been removed and i paid nearly 4 times as much as agreed before. very bad people trying to take advantage of your situation. Very bad.

I'm surprised to see some negative reviews.
I'm a customer of their Bedok branch. I love their service from start to finish. My skin was always very good until early last year when my life became very stressful.
LUSH Aesthetics helped tremendously and I can see a vast improvement. In fact, I have recommended to every friend who are interested in getting a facial.
Their prices are expensive but I feel it's worth it. Now that my skin is better, I do wish to go for a cheaper package if possible.

The consultant advised me to do 3 fatfreeze treatment in my abdomen.she said that it takes at least 2-3months to really see the results.The effect was awesome!!At the beginning,i didn't believe it.After 3 months,the effect was noticebly thinner by 4cm! Im happy with this ..thank you everyone from bedok lush.

I have started my treatment since last Apr at bedok branch. Thanks to kenix and her team (Catherine, Angie, Choco, Agnes) for their expertise and encouragment, my skin has improved tremendously. Keep it up!

Don't try their centre.
My friend visited their Bedok branch and went through their fat freezing treatment. First she paid $899+GST for her first session. After finishing that session, she paid another $1289 for total of 3 sessions. After she went home, she realised that they did not take a before photo to do comparison. So I decided to refund as I realised how unprofessional they are. My advisor asked me to email their HQ for refund. So I emailed them. For the first time they told me "We do not take after photos for comparison onto fat freeze, is because the area which is being treated will be swollen and bumpy, so this will not be accurate" . Yes of couse I am acknowledge that after the treatment , my treatment will be swollen and bumpy. But what about BEFORE treatment? They did not take a photo of before treatment as well. Then how to do comparison later? They did not even intend to take pictures 3-4 weeks later to do comparison for AFTER? They also said they will be processing fee of 10%. Yes I don't mind that. Because I just want to get my remaining balance back. But they said in order to refund, I have to provide documentations from doctors/dermatologists. But why? Why do I have to get documentations from the doctors? I didn't ask them to refund me my first session which costs of $899+GST. I only wanted to get my remaining balance back.
So I emailed back to them what I mentioned above. It's been few days since the 2nd email and I still haven't get a proper reply.
Their after-sales service equal to ZERO.

I bought three sessions of the laser facial.was happy with the first but the second was done in such a hurry and the moisturising felt like she was just tapping her hands on my face. Walked out feeling very dry and could actually see lines on my face and dry patches. The lady insisted my face was dry instead of just offering a little more moisturiser ! Disappointed.

Very satisfied with result of LED teeth whitening session. Great service and I actually fell asleep during the session. Incredible.. No discomfort.. already on my 2nd teeth whitening package with them.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Annie and Florence served me well and Annie explained everything to me very well to ensure that the treatment I did, will work for me and she also gave me after treatment advice. There was no hard selling and they kept checking on me to see if I am fine. 2 thumbs up!

Was really impressed with the service quality at Lush aesthetic. Procedures were explained in details and all the doubts were cleared patiently. The staffs there were really friendly and nice! I would recommend Lush aesthetic to my friends. :)

Finally i found the body tightening program work for me. My consultant Florence was very helpful and informative suggest the right treatment for my problem areas. Just 1 treatment can see the tremendous result than i expected. Thank you so much the right treatment suggested by Florence and therapist Kate.

Was really impressed by their service! All of them are amazingly friendly and welcoming the moment you step inside :) I did the SHR treatment for my brazillian area and surprisingly it didn't hurt at all. Also, they weren't hard selling on their packages and will let you reconsider. Highly recommended for first time ladies who are considering getting rid of unwanted hair :D

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are quite professional doing treatments and explain in details to help you understand what the treatments do. Highly recommended!

Visited LUSH to try out their laser facial after recommended by my gf. The place was nice and clean. Service was good, accompanied with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. The entire process took about 45mins. Bought a package from them and I'll be dropping by next week for my next appointment. Thanks

Came by after getting the deal on Groupon. Was really surprised by the attentive service given by the consultants. Signed a facial package with them and I'm looking forward to my next visit already. All in all, great service, great ambiance. Intend to bring my friend along for next appointment.

Dropped by last week for laser hair removal. It was painless and quick. Obvious results in one session. Friendly staff and quiet environment.
