Cebu travel decent place to buy tickets for attractions in Singapore. But feel worth buying online. Check both before buy tickets

While I don't like coming here on weekends, I don't mind shopping here for souvenirs. Sure, you can go to Chinatown or Bugis, but I find the prices here competitive especially of you haggle. You can also get some good rates rates on money exchange. In both cases, shop around the different establishments until you get the price or rate you want.

It is a good mall in Singapore. There are no of gift shops at various levels of mall. For tourists most of articles are there.
The shops give good discounts and products are good quality.
Their are no of money changers shops are there. You will get most of articles under one roof and prices are quite reasonable.
Feel good to shop in Lucky Plaza.

One of the oldest mall in orchard area.
Many shops and small food stores, the food stores consider one of the cheapest in town, many working staff will dined in here instead.
Many foreigners like to visit here for its varieties selection of products and souvenir at quite reasonable price, of cos be careful of the electronic shops, always compare the price and choose wisely.
On Sunday this place will be full of Filipinos, their hang out place in town, that's why you will see many Philippines shops and stores here too.
Many money changers here for your selection, one of the good place for good rate for exchange currencies.

Ladyleah Jeangrey (02/04/2018 16:06)
Most crowded on Sundays as overseas workers from different race gathered in this place. This is their favorite place to hang around. There are lots of Filipino stores which you can buy good stuffs too. Cheap but good quality rtw can be found here. Souvenir items are abundant here. Prices may vary according to the product but if you want discounted items buy by bulk its better. Restaurants are available. There are fastfood chains too.. Basically a shop and dine at low cost. Just go on weekdays to avoid foot traffic.

One of the oldest but best Plazas in Singapore. A great place to go as a tourist, as you can easily find plenty of gifts shops with cheap (but high quality) souvenirs. Lucky Plaza is huge with floors of traders willing to fight for your money. Everything including souvenirs, clothing, electronics, money exchangers, suit tailors, local food places and jewellery stores can be found here plus much, much more. Lucky Plaza is a place you have to visit in Singapore.

This old mall which was completed in 1981 has stood the test of time. This kind of mall is now rarely found in Singapore. Money Changers are available here especially those that are located at the ground floor; they offer reasonable exchange rates that can still be bargained.
This is a budget friendly shopping center that is located at the famous Orchard road. If you are looking for economical household goods, clothing, shoes, handbags, electronic goods, etc. for reasonable prices, this is right place to visit. They also have reasonable choice of restaurants; cheap, delicious and famous local food and delicacies can be found all around this shopping center.
Besides, If you're looking for a good place to buy souvenirs to take back home, this is the right mall to visit. Lucky plaza is the right choice for budget customers.

This one is little old. The shops here are little less expensive compared to more modern malls around it. Only a range thing I noticed is they charge the customer to use the public restrooms. Only such mall I have experienced in Singapore.

It's one of a mall that you cannot find in any part of Singapore. Very good money exchange rate esp at they basement level . Cheap , delicious and famous local food all around the shopping center.
Fashionable clothing and cheap electronics stuffs can be found at level 6 , just beside jolibee, prices are transparent .

Krishnamurthy Sridhar (21/09/2017 07:59)
A budget friendly shopping centre in Orchard road. If you are after house hold goods, clothing etc for a reasonable price, it is place to visit. Currency exchange facilities available. They have reasonable choice of restaurants and pricing is cheaper than other fancy malls. Please remember to bargain for best price.

Great place to exchange foreign currency on those odd hours. They're open past 6pm (way later than others money exchange in other parts of town) and have competitive rates! Doesn't hurt that there are great Indonesian restaurants on the upper floors!

lyleson (06/09/2017 16:39)
Everything here is the best price in town... That's what I'm told. But some true some is not so true l. So come here to do your homework is a good start. Just don't bring any money so you won't succumb to any pressure sales

ravi rahi (24/07/2017 15:29)
Lucky plaza is good for budget customers. Very economical food, clothes, and other house hold things. Good for Job seekers. Lots of good and genuine employment agencies here for skilled and unskilled people.
For ladies, it's a hub. Lots of beauty and hair treatment shops in economical rates.
You will also see many currency exchange offices.

Tom Kamm (24/07/2017 15:17)
on weekdays: not crowded. On public holidays or Sundays: it become Little Indonesia or Little Phili. It is really crowded on Sundays.
This mall is famous for cheap chocolate (one of the cheapest shop is there - you have to find it ;-) and also clothes and shoes and souvenir: prices are low. In the past this mall was famous for electronic - therefore until now there are some shops selling electronics. Price is okay - but there are other places in SIN where the price is lower.

Kok Wing (12/07/2017 16:49)
Good place for souvenirs n chocolates. There is a particularly well established Chinese antique arts n craft shop that is reputable n carries quality antiques; The Chinese Heritage at level 2.

Ammaar Rai (09/07/2017 15:53)
Over nice place. Cheap shopping places. If you are looking for some currency exchange this is the right place. Over the counter meds are also available pain killers and stuff.

Travellers can find quick stuff. Flip tops, umbrellas, back packs and some other stuff which u might need during your stay.

Have some cheap eatry places as well. So over all Nice shopping area.

Srinivas Koka (08/07/2017 08:47)
Good mall for purchasing goods at cheap rates. Food court available. Lots of Chocolate, Electronic, garments shops at a reasonable fixed price.

Jonathan Greenstein (05/07/2017 09:24)
Lucky Plaza is a mega shopping centre on Orchard Road in Singapore. Quite the contrast from the high end retailers on Orchard but it fits right in. Popular with locals and tourists alike.

It has a wide range of shops selling electronics, shoes and sports goods. There is a food court in the basement that sells cheap local fare. There are other quite bite restaurants in the building, such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut and such.

Loads of tailors and bespoke designers are there to craft the perfect suit or gown.

There is Medical Floor on the 5th Floor and Has Sleep Clinics and centres.

Loads of paid parking.

Francis Pandita (29/06/2017 18:32)
Despite what people say, I think it's a good place because you can find good deals. Not everybody can afford pricey items in Singapore! And please, stop looking down on migrant workers! You are not much better than them! Singapore wouldn't be where it is today without migrant workers!

Noah M Joz (17/04/2017 16:53)
Mainly shoppers are from Philippines and Indonesia. Most product and service are for them. Have some good pubs with karaoke facilities. Cleaner and better than Orchard Towers in more ways than one.

Macca Rebullado (22/03/2017 13:48)
Great buys for tourist stuff. There's a few shops that sells very cheap chocolate. If you're Filipino, theres a bunch of Filipino food/restaurants here. This place gets really crowded during Sunday.

Aditya Ferdika (20/03/2017 13:08)
This a good mall for buy an merchandise from singapore. It's a good place to buy it at Orchard. But if you want more cheaper, go to Chinatown for better price

Antonia Asimis (17/03/2017 22:10)
Stumbled on to this mall and so happy I did. They have electronic stores that can address all you smartphone needs. Bought an android phone with an extra SIM card to use while on vacation. The staff in the lower level shops are very knowledgeable and can address all your electronic needs. Will be back.

Serx Tetchan (06/03/2017 05:54)
Lucky plaza is very busy on weekends and even walking through the crowd is a challenge.
Don't go there if you are in rush.
There are many shops but usually not very interesting ones.
Check it out once that you have seen it.

Derek Oh (27/02/2017 23:25)
This shopping center is an alright place for your shopping needs. It seems to be more popular among locals for it's food court on the lowest floor than for its stores. The money changers here offer the best rate on the Orchards district.

Adam W (17/02/2017 01:23)
This place probably sells the most affordable food in Orchard. Downstairs, in the older-looking food court, there's a mixed economy rice shop that's really good that sells really filling food for a low as $2.7

Belinda Khong (04/02/2017 05:08)
Shop owners don't seem interested in selling their products.
There is this corner watch shop that made it seem like I was taking up space.
There is a tailor shop which is not good and dishonest.
Only reason this gets two stars is because of the wonderful perfume shops which are competitive and sell authentic products.

Mitchell Chai (01/02/2017 03:12)
Lucky plaza is a great place to buy souvenirs and window shop. The mall is placed right on orchard next to the many larger branded malls. The mall is quite run down though and needs renovating. It's still quite a fascinating place to have a quick see if you are in orchard.

Pinoy heaven, don't mean to offend anyone here but this place is a gathering place for Philippines nationalities. Beware of some counterfeit perfumes thought. The ayam penyet ria here is quite tasty as well as some nasi Padang. There are also some shop selling cheap chocolates and candies here.

Feels uncomfortable shopping here, prices are relatively low for orchard standard, but you can have the same item with much cheaper price at bugis or chinatown or little india

Camille Layugan (18/08/2016 08:41)
Lucky Plaza is the place where you can find products and services that are catered for the Overseas Filipino Workers in Singapore. Here, you can also remit money to your loved once in the Philippines or any parts of the world. As for my experience, money changers give good rates and you can easily negotiate them depending on the amount you want to exchange.

It's located in the heart of Orchard Road and you can easily walk to neighbouring malls like ION Orchard, Far East Plaza, Tangs Plaza, Paragon, Takashimaya, WISMA, and other shopping centres.

Freddy Lim (11/08/2016 22:05)
crappy mall and dirty. the only plus point is the GREAT chicken rice store at level 2.
Update: they have a great ayam penyat store on the top floor only open during lunchtime. Not sure the actual hours though.
For 2 great food stores in this mall, I give it an additional star.

Jorge Raymund Maravilla (06/07/2016 14:50)
The place for every Filipinos working in Singapore. If you feel home sick and you want to eat pinoy foods. This is the place to go. At night, some local establishments become pubs. recommended place to eat here are: Jolibee, Inasal, Ayam penyet, Lechon, food hall at basement, McDonald's.

Geoff Madsen (01/07/2016 05:07)
A Singapore landmark shopping experience. Been going there since early '90s. Anything electronic or perfume for ladies and much more. Not many tailors left there but they keep your measurements and will courier to you anywhere in the world. Love the place. Surrounded by top shopping malls and brands on both sides of Orchard. The MRT underground is best means of getting to and from. Highly recommended if you've not tried it yet.

Ryan Choo (29/06/2016 04:49)
A place where our friendly Pinoys ply! Here, we can find some delicious Pinoy cuisines as well as Ayam Pennyet restaurants that appeal to locals alike.

Mark Kesavan Ramani (15/06/2016 13:22)
Come here on Sundays for a truly worldly experience of local Pinoys gathering and shopping. Also, there is a huge flea market on the top level for cheap and good buys! Jollibee is on the same level-good to top up the fuel levels after all that shopping.

It is full of electronic shops which give Singapore a bad name. They are run by unscrupulous shopkeepers, targeting tourists, and selling products of questionable origin at far higher prices than normal. They sell Apple products at prices than Apple Singapore authorized dealers, and then suddenly say that they need additional $100 to unlock the iPhone or iPad (when Singapore has a law of not locking devices..). They'll say the Apple Singapore online store products do not have local warranty (am talking from personal experience - it is unbelievable how these guys are not behind bars!) The shopkeepers intimidate tourists, behaving very rudely to ones who ask for prices and don't end up buying anything. Overall a very bad expect.

The saving factor is the nice food court, and the chocolates at very good prices (with relatively close expiry dates - that's the trick).
And there are some nice Philippines focused supply shops, courier companies and remittance centers which (presumably) are nice.

For electronics, please avoid like plague - they'll give you a very bad taste in the mouth. Not like Singapore at all.
