I stumbled across this place while waiting for the rain to stop. The restaurant is big and clean. I bought a set of chicken rice. The chicken was great. It's not too cold, not dry. It had the perfect softness when I bit the meat. They also served really fragant and tasty rice. It had a subtle taste of chicken essence, it wasn't too overwhelming. Lastly their chicken soup is something else. I have never tasted such great chicken soup. It wasn't salty, it didn't taste of coriander. It tasted like chicken soup!
I have tried wee nam kee and tian tian too.

One of the best chicken rice in Singapore.The roasted chicken rice is a must try dish here.The side dished are also delicious.Please take note the shop is closed on every Wednesday.

The standard really drop. The rice taste like normal steam rice. Very little taste compared to hawker centre chicken rice. Dont think will eat there in future

The place is clean and tidy. I ordered the one person meal set and felt it's overly priced. The children is little, plenty of vegetables. Cucumber has skin on it? Chilly is rather bland. There are far better chicken rice out there with reasonable price. Loy kee, focus on the basics.

It was very nice in the year 1998-2000 . i remember i used to love their tasty curry chicken rice and curry chicken noodles. Rice also cheaper not $1.40 each so expensive so little bowl . but i have seen so many bad comments and bad reviews about it these last few years. They already lost their secret chicken recipes from older generations?
They need to do some improvement before other chicken restautants invades that area.

Loy Kee offers one of the best Chicken Rices in Singapore. However, the food is really overpriced, not to mention the lack of ambiance of a highly ranked restaurant. One can get similar White Steamed Chicken at a cost of $12 around Woodlands area (Blk 892 Coffeeshop for instance). Overall, food is good but not worth it.

Soy sauce chicken is nice. Roasted chicken is bad. Steamed chicken is normal.

Food is overall bad now, the standard drop. The rice is very hard and tasteless. The chicken is still okay. Warning: do not order the seafood soup, prawn is the only seafood item. It tastes like maggi mee soup. Nice place to chill tho

Decent place with wide variety of food. There's a bar that closes a little too early (can't blame them though; bad traffic).

They not only sell chicken rice have other dishes+ noodles as well. All at average standard.The place is air con,quite empty on week days,only on Sundays it is quite crowded during lunch time.

Chicken rice is average and super pricey for that standard, can get a cheaper and better chicken rice at a hawker center for 1/3 of the price.

Chicken Rice here is quite nice but not extraordinary. Tends to get crowded after Catholic mass as there is a nearby church.

Not impressive but it's decent chicken rice for the area. They have a variety of dishes besides chicken.

Always wanted to try. Been in that area for 8 years but managed to try it on 11.2.2017. Food was ok but service and people were extra ordinary. Good vibes.

The chicken is taste so good, smooth but not oily. Make sure you ask for ginger source, its yummy!

The chicken rice is good. $7 for a single person set with chicken, rice, vegetable and soup to go along with the chilli, ginger and dark soy sauce. Nothing fantastic but not much crowd for early Saturday lunch if that's what u want.

This is a Chicken rice shop, but i would not recommend the char siew and roasted pork, even the chiken is just average for the high price. 1 thing i would recommend to friends is the beef soup (闷牛肉), the meat is super tender, soup is super delicious.
